From the very beginning, your communication was outstanding. You kept us well informed throughout the booking process, responded promptly to our questions, and ensured that every aspect of our itinerary was organised smoothly.

We were particularly impressed with how quickly and efficiently you dealt with the taxi delay we experienced during our trip. What could have been a stressful situation was resolved almost immediately thanks to your swift action and support, allowing us to continue our holiday with minimal disruption.

The entire trip was wonderfully planned, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful islands and spending time in Athens. Knowing that we had such reliable support behind the scenes gave us great peace of mind throughout our travels.

Overall the Olympic Holiday planning went very well… ferry tickets/ taxi transfers all went according to plan ( except the last taxi pickup to Rhodes airport had not been identified on the schedule/ itinerary but was clarified by Olivia after I contacted her.)
Our Olympic Holiday contact ( Olivia) was excellent and made regular contact. throughout our time in Greece as we were not part of a tourist trip.
A downside to the ‘adventure’ was in the last hotel in Rhodes… rooms were allocated, but unfortunately they fell below standard ( Amphitryon City Hotel). The following day we were re-allocated more appropriate rooms ( albeit minus a plug for the washbasin!). All other hotels were satisfactory. Olympic Holidays are a company who specialise in Greek holidays and I would most definately use this company again.

I am a travel agent and used Olympic Holidays recently when putting together an island hopping package for customers. Shelley Kingston was really helpful and patient whilst we had a few itinerary changes. She had great suggestions and helped to bring it together.

This is our second wonderful holiday to Agistri in Greece, which we booked through Olympic.

There are quite a few logistical components involved in travelling to Agistri, including taxi transfers from Athens to Pireus Port, then a ferry to the resort followed by a taxi transfer to the hotel (vice versa at the end of the trip). Having multiple transfers can be quite stressful at times, so its important that these elements are well organised and run smoothly.
Olympic totally bossed this and we felt confident with their organisation and service throughout our holiday. Our Olympic Rep, Olivia, also contacted us during our holiday to check that all was going ok. This light-touch approach was perfect for us, but we knew the help was there if we needed it. We had an amazing holiday in Greece and some of that was due to the supportive team at Olympic and our lovely Rep, Olivia.

We are hoping to book a trip to the Peloponnese in 2027 and will be looking to book through Olympic.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Ending to a Perfect Holiday

From the moment we arrived in Poros, this holiday exceeded every expectation.

Our hotel, The Golden View, was quite simply heaven on earth. Every morning we woke to breathtaking views across the sea, and every evening we watched the sun sparkle on the water. It genuinely felt like stepping into the Belinda Carlisle song Heaven Is a Place on Earth. The hotel was beautifully positioned, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and staffed by some of the kindest people we have met.

A special mention must go to Olivia, our Olympic Holidays representative, who provided exceptional customer service.

When our return ferry was cancelled at the last minute, it would have been easy for the end of our holiday to become stressful and disappointing. Instead, Olivia was calm, professional, reassuring and proactive throughout. Communication was excellent, and every detail was organised for us.

What could have been a frustrating situation actually became the perfect ending to a perfect holiday.

Thanks to Olivia’s support, we enjoyed an unexpected afternoon and evening in Athens, wandering near the Acropolis, enjoying a beautiful Greek meal, staying in a lovely hotel, and finishing our trip with breakfast on a rooftop terrace overlooking the city. Even our taxi driver to the airport was wonderfully friendly and shared fascinating information about Athens and Greek history.

Olympic Holidays turned a potential problem into a memorable experience, and that says a great deal about the company and its people.

This was my first visit to Poros since travelling there with my parents in 1982 when I was just 12 years old. Returning all these years later was incredibly special, and I can honestly say we have fallen in love with the island all over again.

We will absolutely be returning to Poros, and we would not hesitate to travel with Olympic Holidays again.

I accompanied my mother to Alonissos, Greece, with Olympic Holidays for ten days. She received Special Assistance all the way there and then back again. The reps were very helpful especially when the TUI bus to the port went without us at Skiathos airport. They then put us on separate transport straight to the cafe and met us at the cafe in time to help us walk to the ferry.
On the return journey they reassured me, with a text the night before our journey that they would be waiting at the port in Skiathos to receive us. They then helped my mother walk to the bus stop whilst I took our bags.

Returned from pefkos Rhodes been many times with Olympic holidays always enjoyable and stress free Tara our Rep always on hand to ensure holiday goes well

We did the Athens and Classical Greece tour. Olympic used GO Tours for this. Olivia is the local Olympic representative. She met us at the airport and was good with comunication. We had our own taxi to and from the airport. Our guide, Sofia was excellent as was Socrates our driver. Once we arrived, everything was well organised. We learnt a lot and enjoyed the experience but were very tired at the end. Its a good tour but might be better as an individual tailored trip rather than the package we did.
We had some very long days, being picked up before 7am and not ending until 7 pm.at the earliest and sometimes later ( a couple of 9pm finishes) On 2 days we were picked up at 7 30 and still driving round an hour later picking other people up.
The hotels were good but we didn't know what hotels we were staying in until we were taken there. It would have been good to know before we booked so we could make informed choices about 3 of 4 star hotels. We chose 3 star hotels and they were all good. More than adequate given we were in each of them for just overnight.
It was quite difficult getting detailed information about the tour when we booked - the booking team were helpful but didn't seem to know much about exactly what to.expect, board arrangements or details of the tour.
Our last day was described as a 3 island cruise. We enjoyed seeing the islands but the day was far too long for us ( 14 hours from 6 45 after a full day at Meteora and a 5 hour drive back to Athens) . The boat was overcrowded ( over 550 on board ) and noisy. We didn't enjoy it and would have preferred a more relaxed last day,
We had a full.sized bus and for most of it a group of about 20, which increased for the days to Delphi and Meteora..We collected some people in Napfoli and would have liked to have more time there ( we had 15 minutes ) Its a lovely town.
Take trainers or walking shoes to be safe on the marble and uneven surfaces.
Olympia is in a lovely setting and all the sites are worth seeing- Epidaurus, Delphi , Corinth canal, Mycenae and the monasteries at Meteora. The drives between are stunning and we could not have seen as much independently.

This is the first time we gave booked with Olympic holidays, and my wife and I were very impressed!
On our arrival in Skiathos, we were promptly greeted by Jennie, and told everything we needed to know.
During our stay, any questions I sent to either Jennie or Jane, were dealt with in a very prompt and professional way, and nothing was to much trouble.
They are both a credit to the company and would not hesitate to book another Olympic holiday in the near future.

We had a multi-island holiday to Naxos, Paros and Santorini and everything was perfect from beginning to end.
We had direct communications with the agent Tanja when we were arranging our holiday, both verbal and via e-mail. He was extremely helpful and patient when we kept changing our mind about which islands we wanted to visit, which resorts and hotels we wanted to stay in and the number of days we wanted to stay at each. He wanted to put together a holiday which would be perfect for us.
The holiday itself was effortless for us from the offset. Holiday agents met us at each of our destinations to welcome us, all our ferry transfers to and from the three islands had been booked and courtesy vehicle transfers arranged to and from the multiple hotels and ferries. The communication throughout from Joe, the Cyclades area manager, was excellent, telling us via WhatsApp what our pick up times would be and responding immediately when we contacted him.
Olympic Holidays made everything so very easy for us and I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company based on our experiences.

Great experience booking our holiday. Bhavin was so friendly, polite and helpful going that extra mile to help answer any questions I had. We have booked many times through Olympic but I have to say Bhavins customer service really did make a difference.

The helpful and friendly attitude, which made the process very easy, we will definitely be booking again!
