Great Support

I needed to add a new field to an existing panel. Harshith Raju was amazing, his knowledge and calm manner was reassuring. We did have a few small problems but Harshith calmly resolved them.

Harshith Raju proactively followed up on a previous ticket to check progress and helped me with a new issue. As always his technical knowledge got right to the problem and it was quickly resolved.

I was on a call with Harshith Raju…

I was on a call with Harshith Raju regarding the New Tab in our employee details section on TMS. He was extremely helpful throughout the process. Not only did he resolve the issue promptly, but he was also patient, calm, and professional. The entire interaction was friendly and pleasant.

Harshith Raju

Harshith Raju, helped me resolve an issue with the holiday year. I joined a Teams call with him, he explaned what I needed to do and also when that did not work the next steps. The issue was resolved sucessfully.

Excellent technical support from Murty

Worked with Murty to resolve a complex technical issue that required a significant amount of troubleshooting

Murty was thorough, patient and clearly very knowledgeable

He took the time to understand the problem, kept us informed throughout and explained the cause and resolution in a clear to understand way

Communication was consistent and professional and the issue was fully resolved

Overall, a very positive experience

Excellent service

Have been with One Advanced via my workplace for many years and through changes in layouts/systems etc I have found them to be approachable, friendly and helpful which of course are 3 attributes really required by service providers.

Exceptional Support and Technical Clarity from Roopashree

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Roopashree Rajendra at OneAdvanced regarding some Docman queries. I want to clarify that my needs were related to general training and advice rather than any fault with the product itself.

Roopashree was incredibly patient throughout the process. She provided precise, clear, step-by-step instructions that made complex points easy to follow. What stood out most was her willingness to listen and truly understand my specific issues before jumping to a solution. I would highly recommend her expertise and will certainly be asking for her assistance specifically should I need help in the future.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Unable to contact via portal or telephone since the new platform was introduced. The system collections failed and no way to get any support.

Above-and-Beyond Support from Harshith and Libby

We had a particularly challenging case where new software was not working as expected, and both Harshith and Libby provided exceptional support throughout. Harshith was consistently proactive, involving senior stakeholders where appropriate and strongly advocating for us as clients. He communicated our issues clearly and effectively, ensuring we received the correct level of support and attention.

Libby was brought in after our support desk ticket had been open for some time and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue in less than 24 hours, which was greatly appreciated. Both Harshith and Libby were really professional, and we especially valued their willingness to call us directly to work through the problem. This made communication much easier and allowed us to collaborate efficiently on potential resolutions. Overall, their support made a difficult situation far more manageable - thank you to the team!

Problem to solution in less than half an hour (thanks to Harshith Raju)

I had an issue with our TMS after the year end process and i raised the ticket and this was picked up within minutes by Harshith Raju who swiftly arranged a call.

The call was a very positive experience - Harshith was super knowledgeable and troubleshooted with me until he uncovered the issue.

Problem to solution in less than half an hour :)
