Amazing service

I have never experienced any issues with this surgery or with patches. I am at that age when I am frequenting the Dr's more than the once yearly visit I use to do. The past few occasions I have used patches the surgery have literally rang me back within 10 mins. Always dealt with care and understanding. Today was just an enquiry and possibly a request .Again has all been sorted out within the day. If the Bollington surgery has been busy they always get you into the other surgeries within the partnership.All staff are amazing . So grateful

Good questions, easily navigable, quick to complete

I find patches health a brilliant way to contact my GP and get help without always having to visit the surgery . I use it for my elderly parents . My surgery caritas group practice always reply within the day

Initially had issues with the setup but they are ironed out now. What I think makes this worth a good review is the way the staff are so patient and understanding. They never get frustrated with me which i really appreciate.

Patches are easy to use

Patches always “just works” and I usually get contacted by the GP practice within the same day - or the following morning if the request is late in the day. It’s a good system !

I have used patches a few times now . I find it a very easy to use and effective process .

The questions on the Patches system are very basic. The system just puts you one frustrating step further away from a face to face with a gp.I wanted to talk to a doctor or blood nurse regarding results of a private blood test that may need a prescription or increase in existing prescription. I was asked, eventually, to attach the 4 page pdf of results. The document was complete when saved on my phone, but when attached to the Patches message, only 1 incomplete page arrived. The info email on the company of Patches bounced back with my request for help.

I’ve had a great experience using the Patches Health app. The app is easy to use, well-designed, and makes managing my health much more convenient. The features are helpful, reliable, and save me a lot of time. I especially appreciate how simple it is to navigate and access important information. Overall, it has been a valuable tool for supporting my health and wellbeing. Highly recommended!

Patches although was stressful I have found it a bit easier now it’s great Leylands surgery Bradford staff and doctors are amazing it used to be terrible with loving doctors who didn’t feel they cared , but it’s got so much better now. Thank you
