Docman API problem - scanning and filing problem
Had a docman trouble regarding filing document as it mentioned API unavailable and I spoke to Roopa who has been very helpful and solved the problem within 15 minutes.

Unable to contact a person
Unable to contact a person, bounced between two numbers to speak to an adviser but continuous loop. Poor service.
Docman Tags problem - Since submitting this review, I have been contacted, and the support I received from Deepak has been good. I am still waiting for a fix for the development issue that I raised. The problem was caused by one of their updates and is currently being investigated. However, it is not being treated as a priority because it does not affect patient data and only impacts internal administrative processes.

very good, given 4 stars as it takes a long time to get through to speak to anyone. The experience with the Brindha was very good, she was patient and helpful and followed up with me to ensure all systems were working ok.

Issue resolved quickly
It was a pleasure working with Srinivas to resolve the issue we were experiencing with our software. He was professional, approachable, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He quickly identified the cause and helped us get everything back on track. In the end, there wasn't actually a problem with the software—we simply needed to allow a little more time for the process to complete.
