I can't recommend this company enough! Every time we have a problem with our site these guys fix it literally within the hours or before the day ends. Communications with them have always been delightful and I feel comfortable enough to joke around with them even when I'm freaking out! They are professional, educated, lovely to work with and have always helped no matter what. Thank you to OneHourSiteFix, it honestly saves me so much stress and they are WORTH EVERY PENNY!

So, had a major issue with my website being attacked and going off line. I found onehoursitefix after researching many avenues to get my website back up.
They fixed issue within two hours and they even went to the next level and protected my site behind another layer of security so this does not happen again. Prompt fix and lots of follow up!

This is an edited review because the proof I provided to Trustpilot in which Paypal says that the payment taken from my account was marked as a subscription without my approval is not enough.

A year ago when my site was hacked I hired OneHourSiteFix to fix it. They have fraudulently kept my payment details and charged my account almost £200 for an upcoming year of "service", which I never asked for. Apparently there was an account on their site, from where I was supposed to cancel before the "subscription end date". I never signed up for a subscription.

After I sent them an email to ask why they have charged my account when my site was fixed a year ago - for which I paid, they said I subscribed to their services and that they will not refund me. They charged my account for a year in advance, for services I did not want nor use. I have had a few emails back and forth with them and in all they said that they will pass my enquiry to their accounts but I didn't get any reply from them. Their last reply to me, before I wrote this review, was "you will not get a refund".

They refused to give the money they took from my account back, subscribing me for an upcoming year of "services" I refused to have. Even if I have a payment receipt for ONE service only, and a welcome email confirming I only paid for a one time website fix, Paypal said they created a payment plan using my details. I never authorised them to take a second payment from my account.

Since I wrote this review they have refunded my account but also tried to take my review down and wrote a reply with so many things that are not true. If they would have informed me before taking the payment that they will, as every single other service provider I work with does, and explain what that was for, it probably wouldn't have got to this. But they simply just took the money from my account.

My experience with "OneHour SiteFix has been amazing. I am coming from a terrible experience with another company, a real SCAM, I was not happy, of course, it's my business, they blacklisted it saying that my website was hacked, charging me $700 to fix, it was a nightmare. Fortunately, I found online OneHourSiteFix and they really fixed my website, they are extremely competent, honest, tell the truth.

I am amazed for the services that I never had, definitely, I am gonna recommend them to all of my friends, co-workers that need help against these scams type.

I run a credit repair business/website and it was consistently being attacked and infected with malware. This had been going on for months and I spent allot of time and money trying to resolve this issue.

My WordPress site was hacked and I was not very familiar with the software. After some research and seeing all the positive reviews, I chose OneHourSiteFix. It was a very good decision. I sent screenshots and explanations of what happened to them. They quickly mobilized and took action and restored the site. I was so thankful to see it work again.

The hackers continued to attack the site and OneHourSiteFix continued to help me figure out what to do. They added extra security and monitoring and have been very helpful every time I needed them. They gave me recommendations on what I could do to secure the site too. I completely recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding service! Fast, courteous, with lots of communication as to what will happen next. I'm a blogger - not a techie. My 250+ page site was suspended due to hacking. It was a hot mess and I was devastated. Glad I found this website,website redirecting and tried a couple of free plugins that didn't work. Eventually bit the bullet and signed up to onehoursitefix. Brilliant. Website was fixed very quickly and constant email updates was helpful. Website chat was great and responsive - a real human NOT A BOT. Highly recommended if you have problems with your wordpress site and just want the problems gone.

Having used Sucuri for a number of years and paid over 3725DKK I was astounded that when my website was actually hacked - it took 2 days just to get a response from customer services. They didn't even realise it had been like that for 5 days. Gentle moses !

Out of stress I looked elsewhere and thank fully I tried onehoursitefix after within a very small amount of time the team had confirmed the problem, scanned and fixed my website, Make no mistake these people are the good and fast.

OneHourSite fix broke my website and had it completely down for 2 days. They were unable to fix it after a week. So I have cancelled the contract. They are very nice, but totally useless

I don't usually write software/app reviews but I wanted to pass along that we have been very pleased so far with Onehoursitefix.com. They got right to work and fixed our issue and they have been very easy to communicate with. We are now off all the blacklists and they have also helped us with DMARC issues that caused emails to bounce. Very happy with them.
