The support from OHSF has been outstanding for our two corporate websites robinrams.com and dmd.solutions. We have managed to recover from a malware infection and they provide really good continuous support for all issues with the Sharkgate firewall and advising with many problems related to the site. Their response time is good and they address every problem presented without having to insist. I'm really happy and we'll extend our quarterly subscription to a yearly one.

I had a malware issue on my website and I didn’t know how to resolve the issue. I reached out to one hour fix it and they resolved the issue quickly within one hour and had my website back up and running in less than 2 hours. It took about 24 hours in total to get the website working as it should but that was just because they had to add firewall protection. They were great!

My two websites were closed by my host as they were both infected with malicious code. I contacted OneHourSiteFix and they gave me a good deal for two websites. I had a good experience with the team as they communicated clearly throughout the process and answered my questions. Straight up, the BEST deal out there.
I had some Malware on my website and my hosts told me go through Site Lock like I did the last time. Site Lock tried to upsell me with more protection and to remove the Malware. For more than half the price OneHourSiteFix (SharkGate) not only removed the Malware, they gave me better protection for the next year. Site Lock didn't have my best interests in mind.

I felt like OneHourSiteFix was on it and would have my website up and running again very soon. Good communication and follow up.
