I was so hesitant of OneHourSiteFix. I had just found out my site had been hacked, and here was this company requesting all the info to login to my hosting. It felt like I was about to stumble into yet another major mistake.

I was in contact with a few members of the team and they have all been Marvelous. Prior to signing for the subscription, I had a long chat with a member of the team who explained the process. Then once I provided the login to the site, it did not take long for them to get the site back online after contacting Google to have the site removed from the blacklist. Once that completed, they then installed the ssl certificate. I discovered very early in the morning that my website had been infected with malware. I had no idea how to repair it. I found this company online and contacted them around 4 am. They were responsive, friendly, reassuring, and affordable. There was an issue with my site's name servers so the repair took longer than an hour but not by much. Nobody wants their website to be hacked but this company took some of the unpleasantness out of the experience. Time will tell if their firewall protects my site from another attack but so far, I am pleased with their customer service.
