They say you cant return items if the…
They say you cant return items if the box is marked or damaged even tho I received a starter in a box that had a tear across the top of box has it came, i emailed them saying the box was already damaged after relizing I didnt need the starter they just replied with same automated email that they dont accept returns if branded box is marked or damaged ect so now im stuck with a starter I dont need. 21st April iv sent the pictures over just waiting for response now after the phone call . Few days later, i received a call saying they have looked at the pictures of the box and it should be ok to return. Iv ended up deciding to just keep the starter and not pay 20 quid to post it at post office and then wait to get a final decision wether I get a refund or not

Headache from start to finish
Headache from start to finish, I ordered £950 worth of items when they arrived they sent the wrong DPF after numerous phone calls I sent it back to be exchanged as customer service (if that’s what you can call them)said it had been labelled wrong 4 days pass no update so I email and call them to be told they don’t have the correct part in 😡🤦♂️refund please 5days pass no refund so again I email, call them to be told o we forgot to process it finally get my money back 10 days later. Jokers . So if you’re thinking of buying anything from this company beware ☠️. Do yourself a favour and use cats2u

An observation
My experience with online automotive has been excellent, the only down side is that after you have been told that you're order was successful and is being sorted, there are no follow up emails telling whether your order has been delivered to you chosen destination or designated freight forwarder.
It is either the above or the emails are being lost, IE I have not received them!

Easy finding the right parts and ordering
I bought an ignition coil pack for my Volvo due to a misfire. Turns out it was the spark plug. However, Online Automotive had the coil in stock and delivery was quick. So I have a spare coil pack in stock. It will be used. Finding the right part, ordering and delivery was quick and easy. Great quality parts and great service.

Incompetent company which lies and ignores you
I ordered a part which their website said was compatible for my reg number, paid for the item then got a email to say not compatible and wanted another £200 for “the correct part”. I contacted them and spoke to someone who didnt really know what they were doing, reading off a script and said the website isnt the best and not accurate so i said please refund my money. He then said i dont how to do that, thats not part of where i work bit assured me he would sort it. I didnt trust him so emailed in and asked for confirmation order had been cancelled and a refund processed, i was promised yet again it would be sorted. 5 working days later still no refund so chased them up, got told they would contact accounts who then said the refund had been processed. When asked for confirmation of date of refund was advised 5 days later than when i was promised, taking into account bank holidays and weekends this is now 9 days. I have asked for a manager to call but nothing and the biggest joke on the end of each email “thank you for your patience, dont hesitate to email if you need anything “ how about sorting my refund. Dont bother with this incompetent company and go elsewhere, found the part i need for my car elsewhere same money and delivered next day
