I am sorry to read your review this morning as this is a Salamander product the warranties are all dealt with Salamander direct which I believe you were put through to when you contacted Anchor Pumps. Salamander must ask relevant questions and be able to assist over the phone where can or send an engineer out if unable to assist over the phone. For them to be able to do this successfully they need your co-operation to assist with the information they require.

The part was ordered and I paid for a delivery that should have taken 3 weeks. 7 weeks later I am still waiting for the delivery and a reply to the emails I have sent asking about the delivery.
