ONP were professional, well informed, quick to respond, reassuring and supportive and a total pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I was recommend them by family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I do not recommend using ONP to complete any property sale or remortgage. They get all paperwork wrong and breech security with your data.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Briar Sleigh was fantastic. She was very efficient, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Thomas Bennett has been nothing short of amazing. It has taken us a long time to get to completion (due to no fault of Tom’s) and he has preserved and kept me up to date every step of the way. ONP we're refered to us by friends and we have been really pleased with the service.
We had Emma looking after us and she has always been so responsive and helpful from day one to completion day.
The app is helpful and accurate and being able to send message through the app is great too. So much easier than calling and potentially not being able to speak, noting we never needed to call due to the helpful app.
He had a slight snag that Emma alerted us to asap, she myself and our broker jumped onto it right away and got it all sorted as quick as we could, this did delay completion by 1 week but it was nothing to do with Emma nor ONP.
We have been very happy with Emma and ONP amd would hestoate to recommend or use again.
