Onsitego is a scamer company. They take money for ectended warranty. But at the time og giving service to customer. They cheat customer. Not giving service timely. And also their technician are not able to repair products. Company complaint attend timing is apprx 1 month. N then product also only work for 1 month. Again same problem. In this season my ac got problem for 3 tym for same reason. Every time company take approx 1 month to repair. But repair quality too bad. This time complaint no 260704 -001770. And no response from any senior. And today there technicin visit my home. But did not do nothing. Again give me another time. Only they give time. N behave was realy rude with ladies.

No point paying extra. Or read the terms before going ahead (but who will take the time to do that when this is done at the time of buying the product?)

We had a problem with the fridge door just after a year of purchase (outside manufacturer warranty so we had to claim through onsitego). The claim was rejected saying plastic parts are not covered and the door is plastic. On that basis the entire fridge is plastic then!
If something essential like a fridge door is not covered then this cover is a waste of time and money.

Do not buy AMC from this company. Their standard of service has degraded very badly. Do not trust this company. THeir technicians are fraud.
