Citrus Juicer arrived damaged. Been trying to get this company to stand by their Refund Policy and either return my payment or send me a new Citrus Juicer. Have had no satisfactory response to my emails. I have provided them with photos of the damaged Juicer and the outer packaging. Very disappointed, as I always use the Trust Pilot as a guide and it showed five stars. I am still waiting for this company to honour their Policy.
