This was a project we dreamed about for some time, I am glad we chose OSC to guide us through and eventually finalise it.
Th e people in the company are honest, helpful and approachable. We asked a ton of questions, always got straight answers.
The quote we got was quite competitive; another quote we got previously was almost double the price, way overrated.
Quality and construction are at a high level.
But most importantly, after sales service is absolutely brilliant. We run into a minor issue and it was sorted without much fuss, with regular and honest communication.
Overall, if you are looking for an affordable and high quality garden extension look no further.

We visited the open space concepts showroom during half term and met Mark and Dave. It’s a great showroom and the team were really helpful and informative (and not pushy at all!). It was totally worth the trip, even our 8 year old had fun.

We’ve had excellent service from OSC from the ordering of our beautiful glass room to the completion. We can now feel as though we are sitting in our garden whatever the weather. The structure is amazing quality! The fitters were very professional, polite and the workmanship is amazing. Perfect in every way. I’m sure we will have many years of pleasure in this beautiful glass room. Thank you to all at OSC from sales to installation, we will definitely recommend you.

OSC installed a glass room on to our house. All seemed well until, after a couple of months, water started pouring in one day. The water doused a wooden wine cabinet, making it bloom (obviously). When OSC came to fix the problem, it was discovered that the front fascia hadn’t been sealed (an error in the initial installation) so water had banked up and eventually started coming in. I contacted OSC several times to ask them to pay for the damage caused by their faulty installation, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. I was told they wouldn’t pay for the damage caused and suggested I claim on MY insurance for THEIR poor installation. When I finally asked for a senior manager, I was told someone would call me back…it’s been 3 months, I’m still waiting!
Update: In response to the non apology here; we keep the temperature and humidity constant in that room with underfloor heating (which the cabinet is not directly on, before you try that excuse) and a dehumidifier. Wow, just, wow! Attempt to blame the consumer for your poor installation and service, what a business model 😱

From the initial survey to installation OSC have been superb. keeping me updated with the progress at each stage.
when the guys arrive Dorro and Serghai from the start i cannot fault their level of workmanship. polite, professional and worked constantly, nothing was too much trouble. even when they hit a snag, it was dealt with immediately without any fuss.
the Winsol product as you would expect from a german manufacturer is amazing and extremely well built. we had glass sliding doors, integral blinds, starry lights, rotating roof - full works.
we would have no hesitation in recommending these guys

The whole process from initial enquiry to installation was faultless. Leah was clear and precise with the design and price, Billy did our survey and gave us confidence in the product. Charlotte kept us informed of progress with timescale. Chris and Scott the installers were polite and efficient.
We would be more than happy to recommend O S C to friends and family.

Wow! Fantastic showroom, fabulous products & great people.
The showroom had a really nice feel to it, lovely relaxing background music and beautiful, quality structures.

I'd recommend you visit, as good as the photos and videos on the website are, you need to touch and feel it to appreciate it fully.

We are very pleased with our new glass veranda. The whole team has been very supportive and helpful - Leah, Billy, Charlotte and especially Dan and Kevin, the two fitters, who have done an amazing job. I would highly recommend Open Space Concepts to anyone who is looking for a glass room or veranda.

Well some months in now and must say really impressed with both ours
Cube one has 3 opening sides and slated opening roof with starlights looks fab all sides have external electric blinds again think these are a must as it’s very hot inside at times
The lighting led strip and starlight on 1 are fabulous again a little expensive but well worth it
Cube 2 fixed sides and fully opening front with glass roof
We dealt with Leah for both purchases and must say brilliant extremely helpful
The installation teams excellent and worked extremely well with our builder
Had 1 little problem but sorted out no problem
They look absolutely fantastic well built and very solid ok not the cheapest about but we are extremely pleased with ours from ordering to installation very professional outfit

I was given incorrect lead times for installation, but the operations manager Charlotte, was more than helpful and reduced our waiting time. The Ambient glass garden room is impressive, it’s simply stylish and has given our home a real wow factor. It’s actually more beautiful in real life. The fitting team are pleasant and polite. The company overall was pretty easy to deal with.

This company is not the sharpest and cheapest. The manufactured products from Germany and Italy are good. Customer service is not good and inconclusive to resolve installation issues. The installation and caring of the costly product by the installers are very poor. We bought three different products more than 55k. We had two more in order which was over priced (Double price) which was cancelled. My wife and I we had to offload from the truck the last two products due to shortages and installers personal problems during delivery. The first product still have leaking roof after five attempts to repair it! The last product has several scratches which already have two visits for repair but still ongoing. Billy the surveyor the most likely to be honest and clear with the answer when asking questions.
We still waiting for the repair, we been told for cost purposes, the repair will be done when the installers are in the area as this firms is located more than 165 miles from our location.
We had ordered from another firm the same two two products quoted by OSC. Saving us £8 k.

I had a retro fit on sliding glass doors, fitted to an existing glass veranda (installed 2021 by OSC)
From my original enquiry to installation the service has been excellent.
Billy, the surveyor was very knowledgeable, answering all the queries, the installation was excellent, Scott and Chris did an excellent job, working efficiently , a great team.
The finished product exceeds my expectations and has made a great deal of difference to my outdoor space.
I would have no hesitation in recommending OSC.

I cannot recommend Open Space Concepts highly enough. From the 1st contact made with their Salesperson Liam, who was informative and never pushy, to the Surveyor Billy who was super efficient and helpful. The office team, Charlotte was amazingly helpful, finally through the installation team, Chris and Scott who were polite, tidy and knew exactly what they were doing.

Each of these representatives are great ambassadors for the company and deliver an outstanding service.

We could not be happier with the awning, which has already come in super handy for rain and shine.
