The most understanding and kind staff
I recently had my identity stolen and an unexpected change in circumstances but speaking to the the team really helped, last time I had a lady I can’t remember her name and she helped me with other issues unrelated to this account. Whatever it is you’re going through I definitely recommend calling them, they will help you make a plan to pay off your balance but they will help you stay positive and maybe even think of things to help you that you haven’t thought of yet.
This time I had Mark who I can only describe as an earth angel. I had put off calling, hoping the situation would resolve, and He was the most understanding, positive, uplifting soul and had words of encouragement he keeps by his station that was so needed in that moment and really helped. Proof there is still helpful and kind people out there who really want to do the best in the world and help people. It’s not just a job to these guys they actually care and go above and beyond just customer service.
Don’t be stuck, there is always a solution and your situation will always get better.

Spoke to a lovely person called Danny who listened to the problems that had occurred with the energy company I was having problems with claiming I owed money after switching emailed over the proof I wasn’t in debt with them and hopefully after hours on the phone with the energy company hopefully will all be sorted.

They are trying to scam me into paying…
They are trying to scam me into paying twice for a debt I have a payment plan for. Despite calling, emailing etc and pleading with them to stop harassing me, they continue to do so. I am reporting them to the ombudsman becaue this is unlawful

Do not give your money to any debt…
Do not give your money to any debt collection agencies. They are a scam and have no legal leg to stand on. Unless your debt is for £1000s a criminal or civil court wont touch it. Costs are to high to bother i have had alot of dealings with so called debt collection agencies my advice would be don't give them the time of day.
