Slow to ship

Slow to ship, slower to communicate. I understand this time of year can be busy and all your customers want you to enjoy the fruit of your investment, but communication is key for retention of your customer. I will shop here again after the Christmas season.

Over three weeks later and no product!

I placed an order over three weeks ago and have yet to receive a shipping notification. I emailed requesting an update on the status of my order two days ago and no one has responded. Not good customer service.

Last order ever

Ordered something last month, got an order confirmation, but nothing further. I've attempted to call them on multiple occasions, left voicemails, and emailed customer service. I've yet to make contact. Will not be doing business with them again.

OPSGEAR was wonderful

OPSGEAR was wonderful. They had better choices. They communicated well. They were such good sports. My kind of good honest customer-loving people. I will deal with them again, without hesitation!

Out of Stock but Showed Available

Your website showed a product was in stock and I purchased it as a Christmas gift. A week later I got an email that you oversold and it wouldn’t be available until February. I requested a refund and the refund was not processed for another week. I got an email today that the refund was processed but I haven’t received it yet.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service.
Only received partial order and my emails go unanswered. Their phone number doesn’t work. Nearly 3 weeks of waiting and still nothing.
Seemed like a good company but my first purchase will be my last.
How hard is it to send things that I paid for from a mail order company? Ain’t rocket science.

I have been extremely disappointed with …

I have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. First, they take three weeks to ship the product I ordered. It took multiple emails to even obtain a tracking number. When the product arrived, my son was not pleased with the conceal carry pouch inside the jacket. I contacted customer service for a return authorization. When they responded, I was told IF the tags were still intact on the jacket, I could return it. They were (as we simply opened the package and my son tried the jacket on, decided he did not like it, and put it back in the original packaging). When I finally got a return authorization number, I had to pay to ship it back - $18 for priority mail. The product arrived back over a week ago - and my money has STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED. I've emailed customer service about my refund FOUR times and provided proof that the item was returned. What's worse, is that I have worked for a company that sold items through a website and I'm well aware that refunding a purchase on a credit card is simply a matter of entering the admin portion of the order processing and choosing the order, and click "refund" and process. Takes thirty seconds, max. This is the MOST unprofessional, unethical business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Guess I'll have to proceed with disputing the charge with my bank - which means I get to wait another three to four weeks to get my money back. DO NOT order from these people unless you want lousy customer service, your money taken immediately and you want to have to fight to get your money back. On top of that, you're going to get a product that's not what was advertised. The MOST ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNRESPONSIVE customer service EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Had I seen the TrustPilot reviews prior to ordering, I would NOT have ordered from this site. But, you don't get to see these ANYWHERE on their site until you place an order. There are multiple reviews like mine. Tired of dealing with them and will be contacting my bank this morning. And will make sure to post the same type of review on any other social platform I can find. Think I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau as well. Absolutely ridiculous. MOST DISSATISFIED and MOST IRATE.

Still looking for purchase

Placed an order that was received on time. unfortunately i made a mistake in sizing and just wanted to receive what i paid for in the correct size. A month into this and i cant get anyone to contact me and still no sign of the product i paid for. I guess that`s how some companies treat their paying customers. I`m hopeful for a reasonable explanation.
