What can I say? I placed my order 15 days ago and my order is still "getting ready". I inquired a week ago to see if the items I ordered were on back order and was told they were getting ready for shipment. Well Opsgear, I've received multiple emails now about my experience and I'm not happy... I'm a very understanding person being I have worked in customer service in my past and you have truly missed the mark. I am not happy... Can I please get the jackets I paid for? please? Also you can't even call me back...

I do not recommend buying from this site. Customer service is very poor and shipping is ridiculously slow. I ordered several stuff in the beginning of October that I needed by the end of the month. Have not received any sort of shipping information or tracking number. Currently trying to get a refund/cancel the orders since they haven't shipped out yet. Of course I'm getting no response from them.

I have yet to receive the order although it was ordered more than one week ago. I have also not even received an email informing me the items have shipped. Yet, my credit card was charged for the full amount.

I ordered a backpack and a couple MOLLE pouches. The order styed in processing for a week. I had to basically harass the company to get the shipping info. When package was delivered, there's only 1 pouch in there. Company says by email that they had to ship in 3 different packages. OK, fine. But it's now been 2 weeks since I placed my order and have no idea when I can expect the items I paid for. I get plenty of apologies and excuses. -- "We were closed for the holiday on Monday." OK, but I put my order in well before the holiday... Three of my past four orders have had shipping issues. The last one I had placed 2 orders to be shipped to 2 separated addresses. Both orders were shipped to one address and my friend had to pay to have the stuff shipped back to me. I'm sorry, but this is completely unacceptable and no way to run a business.

Horrible service
Horrible service. Have not received my order that was placed 3 weeks ago. Can not get a response as to my tracking number or to cancel the order if not shipped. Will be contacting my bank for resolution.

Haven't received my order yet, but shopping online was easy & I even received a coupon which helped my shopping experience. Can't wait to receive my order!

Shipping is taking a while, but I emailed customer service and they got back to me and apologized and moved my order up the next day.

I thought this might be a good company - they market blitz non stop and the gear looked good. I bought 2 pair of pants - took over a month to receive one pair - second never arrived. I ordered a concealed carry bag 2 months ago - wrote to the company and called. No response, no product. Look at their Facebook page and you will see many more stories just like me. borderline fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

i was then supposed to order my pants to tactical gear.. I tried you but there is no person or nobody bothers to answer my inquiry its computer who is answering nonsense .. can u please... I was advising you guys to change the size of the pants to a Large Regular the Coyote TRU SPEC nobody came back to me that they were able to change it .. I left a voicemail and email...what did i get nothing can somebody respond me.. my name is romeo homicillada ....
