I think you've started a wonderful thing with this enterprising idea in 2001 and with a little help from your friends and more than likely a lot of work from yourself and anyone you could get to help out, right? I bet it got crazy at times when it started growing and maybe you had a thought of quitting if only in passing. I for one am glad you stayed the course and hunkered down with your team and persevered with this excellent idea of yours that turned into a fine and reputable company with fine ideals, like honesty,integrity and dedication, not to mention a lot of hard work and I bet at times the situation almost seemed manic and growing out of control, yeah! Well I am here to tell you Mr. Burnell that you have done wonders with your initial idea and I don't know you,right?We've never met? right? and I feel proud of you and for you if for no other reason than you've got a Great thing going on here; not only for yourself, but the rest of us, for the rest of America. Dave, I thoroughly enjoyed myself on OPSGEAR website last night,because you have so many "needful things" all in one place to look at, fantasise,research and purchase that it was very hard for me to settle on just a handful of items since I saw so many items I liked and then had to have and more than a few I can not possibly live without. So with that thought in mind, I planned to return in the near future to purchase the items I could not buy and still stay within my budget,so by time I checked out of the OPSGEAR site after some hours and hours deciding what items I was going to purchase, I paid and waited for confirmation on my purchase it was really late...mmm, well actually it was really early this morning and I was happy,no, overjoyed, ecstatic even and no B.S. I felt kind of giddy almost, without any remorse for seriously and thoroughly enjoying myself on your site.Thank you for your service and for starting this business that gives us the opportunity to have a little bit of fun and comfort with the items from OPSGEAR, your fine and ever growing Company which appears to me to have its sites on the future and the future is technology, the future is also what you make of it and you're doing very well so far and I congratulate you for your efforts and success in this endeavour. Please if you would and with the utmost respect and admiration for your success I put forth a thought as a suggestion to you, stop a moment and listen to the accolades for your company and the personal praises of you and for you, especially from strangers, such as myself and accept them and feel proud of yourself and the praises I give are honest, sincere and come from the heart and soul. Why you say? because you deserve praise for the thought you put into motion and the superhuman effort it took to (I know I was there once) get your idea in motion and then to development and then to not only bring it to fruition, but stay the course and see the project through minimum of the first 5 (five) years and then the second set of 5 (five) years start making the project somewhat profitable and at the same time have enough generated capital to at that point make the company somewhat solvent (that is commitment, but also at the same time have enough to reinvest in the company and keep up with supply and demand, while trying to keep the beloved overhead down to an absolute minimum and I don't know if you had to make cuts across the board like"Company vehicles are to be used for company business only ie:sales personnel" I did! and BFF's were chafing under the collar and turned and yet individuals whom we thought didn't care and were just passing through, they became our greatest asset and staunchest supporters right up until the bitter end. Challenge Coin Order and Shipment

I had no problem ordering my challenge coin from OPSGEAR. Very easy! i ordered on 9/27/17 using the ground rate, $5.00. I would like to get this coin soon because i leave for my son's BCT Graduation on Tuesday, October 10th. I have not received any tracking information yet. I just know the order was received and processed. i hope it arrives soon!

5 Stars for product quality and …

5 Stars for product quality and selection. Deduct 2 stars for poor fulfillment. I typically have to followup on when items will be shipped. They do not followup with emails when items are out of stock or shipment is going to be delayed.

They don't have an estimated delivery time luckily it only took 10 days. I also didn't receive a delivery confirmation or sipping info, the package just showed up impromptu.

I've yet to receive my shirts so I can't give a complete and accurate review. It is a bit irritating to receive multiple emails soliciting my input BEFORE the product actually arrives. I ignored the earlier emails, but if you insist upon a review now, then this is it.

These guys are horrible with customer …

These guys are horrible with customer service. You can never get them on the phone. There new high speed digital routing service is a joke just an excuse to not answer the phone. I have tried to contact these people for over a week about an order totaling over $600.00. I did get one email stating they would check on the order and email me back a tracking number. I have not received anything else from them. I do not know if have gone out of business or have just taken our departments money. If these guys are this careless with a departments order of this amount, just think how careless and unresponsive they will be with your $100.00 personal order

the only problem I'm having this time …

the only problem I'm having this time around is with the lack of communication. I would not be as upset had someone contacted me and let me know that there were some issues with my order or at least put a note about it in with the first part of my order that was sent. Me having to send an email in order to find this out is upsetting, however the quick response I received may help keep me as a customer if the rest of my order is received within a reasonable amount of time. Please understand I have order from OPSGEAR a couple of time and never had any issues with my prior orders and do believe that all the items I have ordered and paid for are worth the purchase price I paid. the Item have also been of good and/or high quality and I would hate to have any major problems this time.
