Great customer service every time I've reached out to Opus for any questions or concerns of mine. Really grateful to have such wonderful support to help me reach my business goals as customer service is at the heart of all businesses.

I had high hopes for Opus Virtual Offices, but my experience has been disappointing. The address provided was flagged as high-risk, making it unusable for essential registrations like DOT and UEI. This has caused significant delays and additional costs for my business. I expected a reputable, low-risk business address, but unfortunately, this service did not meet my needs. I recommend that Opus improve transparency about address reputations to help businesses avoid similar issues.

Opus verified my identity. It was a painless process. It helped give me confidence. In effect it enhanced my credibility and legitimacy as a business owner or operator.

In 2024 by far the worst experience. We contacted the Florida location, requested services. Since I am out of country and is not available to sign third party notary documents. Customer service told me that the notary documents must be signed before services can take effect and since I am out of country, they will cancel my order and I should contact them once I am back home. TO MY SHOCKING SURPRISE, OPUS MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES THEY NEVER PROVIDED….THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ALL THE EMAILS SENT TO THEIR OFFICE , THEY ARE IGNORING THOSE EMAIL AND CONSTANTLY GOING INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
