the care my mother received has been second to none, I feel staff have always gone above and beyond in her care, even visiting her in hospital in their own time. The house is well taken care of, her needs are all met and she always looks forward to the social visits. The staff have an open communication with me, alerting me to any issues, from foods my mother no longer wants, to concerns around medication and health.
I have had other care companies in the past, and the difference in my mother since moving to Orchard has been very apparent, her hygiene has improved, the house is clean and she is much happier
