Do not buy from this company if the purchase is intended for a gift. I bought an anniversary and Valentines gift in November for fear of it selling out.
The watch is way too heavy and now non returnable.
They give you 15 days from the purchase date so when you do the math from the purchase date to the date it arrives to you, you’re stuck with the purchase.
No credit or refund.
Shady way to operate a business, guaranteed no return's.

Purchased a watch for my husband for Christmas. From day one it hasn't kept time correctly. Falls out 2 to over 14 minutes after resetting. Contacted Customer Service and basically got a song and dance. I spend a lot on watches each year, as my husband is a collector. First and last purchase from Original Grain! They are junk.

Watch died after 7 months. They are 100% unresponsive to warranty requests. Do not EVER return emails. That is the only way to reach them No interactive support, no online ticket creation, no phone number Email only and its ignored. Expensive watches and the crown stops working after 7 months. Crappy product crappy service.

This company is absolutely disgusting. if I could leave less than one star I certainly would. I had ordered a watch for my husband for christmas, when I received it it was broken. I sent many emails to the company stating at the watch was not working, in turn in a very condescending manner, they kept trying to tell me that I was basically doing it wrong, to try to get it started, which I wasn't because the watch was indeed broken. after many many tries kept explaining to them that the watch does not work. I simply wanted to return the watch and they insisted on sending a replacement in which they did and it didn't fit. I Explained that I simply do not want this watch anymore I will return both watches and just want my money back. They keep stating that the return window is closed and can no longer accept it and will issue a credit. I do not want a credit, I just want my money back because my husband no longer wants this watch because we are both completely turned off by the lack of compassion that this company has. It is been an absolute horror show from the beginning I absolutely regret buying this watch. Any company that treats a customer this way is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. They should have done the right thing and just gave me my money back and been done with it.

i have had this watch for a few months now, it’s broken multiple times, the faceplate has broken in two different locations, the date does not update anymore and the time randomly falls out of accurate time.

Purchase process was easy. Web site is very well done.

Scam alert! Buyer beware. After making a purchase from the website, after the order was placed, after the order was supposed to ship, the company reached out and said they wanted me to pay additional money otherwise they would cancel the order. I've never heard of such a thing. I picked a watch, added it to the cart and checked out just like any other website. Asking for more money after the fact is extremely shady.

I ordered a watch more than 3 weeks ago and it still shows “on its way to the sorting center” on the tracking. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times now and so far have gotten no response at all. Email, DM on instagram, and even left a comment under their posts because for nearly 500 euros you would expect a response if there is a problem. When I left a comment on their insta I saw there is more people with this same exact problem. Not getting their order and getting no response, what a scam. I’m absolutely let down by this company and I want my money back!😡

Was happy with three watches that I bought ;great quality; great price absolutely love them however, when I added on the mystery watch to one of my orders for an additional $100 , I was surprised when I received a cheap watch with a made in China tag on it lightweight. It definitely doesn’t look like the quality of the rest of them. I’ve reached out to them multiple times with no response. Unfortunate because I have promoted this company endlessly so I’m a little disappointed at the moment.

Haven't had the chance to wear the watch. Looks great and the package was great with the spare parts.

I have purchased three watches from Original Grain. One of the watches received was a duplicate watch. Original Grain went above and beyond by letting me return the duplicate mystery watch and sending me a new unique watch. Customer service is the best. Looking forward to more purchases in the future.

Giving a 4 only because we had an issue on a watch given as a gift and shouldn’t have even minor issues 30 days in. But that being said we contacted them, took it to a jeweler for the fix, submitted the cost and we were reimbursed quickly.

Watch is nice looking so glad it survived the process.

I recently ordered what we thought would be a beautiful, unique, and American-made product. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. The watch face was advertised to display "Old No. 7 Brand," which is the Jack Daniels brand. However, the watch face arrived blank.

I contacted the company, and they asked for pictures. After I sent them, their response was that the wood grain doesn't always match the advertisement due to the natural variations. Their solution was either to return the product for another one (which they confirmed wouldn't arrive by Christmas) or to receive a refund.

I am extremely disappointed with the deceptive practices of this company. I feel misled, like many others I've read about this holiday season. It's unacceptable to take advantage of customers, especially during this time of year. I would advise others to avoid Original Grain.

I ordered a watch on December 9th, 2025, and today is December 18, 2025, and I still have not received it. Not only have I not received it, but no one can tell me where it is. Other than email, there is no customer service to speak with making it difficult to communicate and resolve issues quickly. All I want is to know where my watch is and some action showing someone is at least trying to help.

First clue: no customer service phone number. That is because their customer service is non existent. So poorly run. I have emailed them 6 times with only one response of "Oh we are so sorry you didn't enjoy your experience, but we will be in touch". STAY AWAY!!!!

Although, shipping was slower than I expected, I believe the holidays may be to blame. The watch is beautiful and I have received many compliments. It's a great addition to my collection.

Customer service is poor. There is no login on their website. No receipt included with shipment. Watch is mediocre quality. Packaging is good. If there is a problem with the watch, I’m sure I’m screwed. It’s a Christmas gift. Can’t even confirm this is the actual watch I purchased. Not feeling too good about this company- watches are made in China.

Just received an email from customer service. They provided a copy of my receipt as well as a packing slip. I emailed this afternoon. Quick response but difficult to speak with a person. Email was sufficient. Verdict is out on watch quality.
