faulty goods out of their control.
i brought some KN95 mask from this company and unfortunately were faulty. I emailed them with pictures and within an hour Harry replied and rectified the issue without any problems.I cannot fault their customer service and will continue to use them and will recommend them to all my family and friends.Thankyou for being honest and transparent at a time when so many other companies are not.
