I ordered a coat on a Friday, order confirmed immediately, shipped same day and received in Australia the following Thursday. 6 days.
The Duffel coat was of such good quality and finish. The fabric is superb and will last for many years. It is comfortable and warm, keeping out the wind chill. The sleeves were a little long for me but folding them back solved the problem. The plaid lining was a wonderful touch. Thank you for a wonderful product and service.

Appalling Customer Service
I'll keep it brief. Ordered a duffle in the summer sale. Too big. Spent £13 recorded delivery returning it for exchange. Spoke to company on the phone who stated they have 10 in my size in stock and no need to put one behind for me. Email then received that they're sold out. Did nothing to placate me, just refunded the money. Beware of this companies practices. Reported to Trading Standards for breach of contract.
