J'ai acheté plusieurs articles et j'en suis très satisfait. En revanche, j'ai dû renvoyer un article pour la première fois et là les soucis sont importants. OB m'a demandé d'envoyer le retour à un hub logistique tiers, ce que j'ai fait. Voilà maintenant 4 semaines que mon colis de retour est arrivé à ce hub (l'avis postal en atteste), mais OB ne me rembourse pas car ils n'ont pas encore rapatrié mon produit du hub...

For such expensive products you would expect better customer service.

After my order was not delivered I was told to go 45 mins drive from my house to pick up my order - 3 days late anyway.

I was then told that an alternative would be arranged within 48 hours. 3 days later - nothing.

Nobody answers when you call. Nobody responds to your emails promptly.

You can’t even get a refund.

I had a very annoying situation where packages were mis delivered. However, Orlebar Brown went so far above to fix the situation I cannot help but be impressed for life. Despite not receiving my order in time and a subsequent order before a vacation, they went out of their way to make sure what I needed was rush shipped to my hotel in time to enjoy. Truly remarkable. Not to mention they make the most exceptional swimwear on the planet.

Bought several Bulldog swimming shorts. Excellent quality and cut. Be careful with rear pocket zips that can rust with time. Items were replaced immediately without question.

Rubbish wish i had got my money back. Pure quality. Inferior product it was a t shirt which really threw me

I love the style and fit of the Sebastian pique polo shirt, but the quality is really not good. Over the years I’ve owned a dozen of these and they all developed holes under the armpits in less than a year!

My polos from other companies (Lacoste, Aspesi and even Giordano - a low-cost Hong Kong brand) have all lasted much longer....

I raised this with their customer service team who consider this to be ‘normal’ wear and tear. This is simply wrong!!!

Unfortunately, OB is just all about the PR.... Do yourself a favour and buy a different brand!

Even thought David was able to supply me with answers. The whole point of my having to contact OB for a second time, is because an order I paid express for has take 5 days. The order was placed on October the 26th and as I write this review the order has still not arrived, October 30th. A refunding of postage was offered however, I feel OB is missing the point and missing out on my future purchases. Don't waste money on Express is it not a 24hr period

Customer service art Orlebar Brown is truly shocking and they are beyond complacent. If you email them it takes ages to come back to you - I ordered Sunday pm and placed two separate orders. I emailed straight away and asked to consolidate/ refund postage as this qualified for free delivery. Whilst they did deliver on Tuesday it took them until WEDNESDAY morning to mail me back to say they were unable to. Unable to or refused to? Their responses are uncaring and indifferent. Then there is the price. £155.00 for a pair of nylon swimming shorts. They are without doubt a rip off but I have only bought these because, unlike most others on the market, they a better and more tailored fit. A begrudged purchase if ever there was one.

I also note they only put the best reviews on their website - no space for other experiences.

I made an online purchase which I then returned. I requested an exchange of an item and a refund for another. I received an email confirmation of my return saying they would take the required action within the next 72 hours. Exactly one week later I had received no confirmation of either. I called the customer services and explained this. After being put I hold I was told that they would process the refund and arrange for the exchange to be sent out. I asked why it had taken me calling for this to proceed. I was told they are short staffed and receive many returns and currently have a small team that deal with them. This was the first time I have ordered from them and the level of service certainly didn’t match the quality brand they present themselves as.

Fantastic clothes. Love it ! Have been shopping here for years.

Excellent quality service .

I am a regular customer. But this time something wrong happen I have call the customer service and speak with Federica who assist me with this issue in less than 30 minutes the problem was close and a solution was found

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts on Monday ,which arrived Tuesday . I called them Wednesday to ask to exchange them for a smaller size .The helpful customer service lady arranged that the correct size was couriered at no extra charge to me in Ireland the same day, in time for my holiday . They even tracked down the colour I was looking for which was out of stock with them ,in a different store . I shop online quite a bit and found this experience very pleasant indeed
