Where do I begin? Maria Gardner was our friend and travel captain for planning a two-week European honeymoon. I told her from the beginning two things: the adjective I wanted to describe my honeymoon was "dreamy" and I wanted us to wake up every morning, look out the window, then to each other and say, "Where are we!??" She couldn't have hit the mark more to plan an unforgettable trip. We toured around the French and Italian Rivieras, with hotels and transportation already set up by Maria. We had 3 excursions planned, which were perfectly curated to our interests - a day trip to Eze and Monaco, a cooking class, and a glorious boat ride in Italy - and made it feel like we planned a few things but weren't slamming an itinerary full of events. The hotels they work with were welcoming and gorgeous, and so excited to be celebrating our honeymoon with us. Even when we hit a travel snag with an Italian train strike, Maria's colleague, Wolf, was on call and helped us book other travel so we could get to our next incredible stay and excursion! Every detail was spot on, and we cannot wait to be able to take another trip with Out of Office and allow Maria to curate another magical experience. Thank you so much for planning such an amazing honeymoon that all we had to do was enjoy the view and each other.

Maria has been helping us make travel arrangements for several years now. From our first experience with her, she listened to our specific needs and was able to accommodate us. She now anticipates our needs and wants and goes above and beyond for us. Maria has unique and bespoke experiences in locations all around the world. She is a wealth of knowledge, easy to work with and receptive. Maria and the Out Of Office team are our go to people for travel arrangements.

Maria was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Would book again with out of office in a heartbeat.

I booked a fairly late trip to Vietnam and decided to use Out of Office to help and their knowledge and expertise was excellent. Wolf put together a great itinerary at speed which we then tweaked to suit my own tastes and interests - this was all done with great ease and efficiency. Wolf was responsive, listened carefully to what I was looking and crafted a fantastic itinerary that gave me a great experience of this great country. I would highly recommend Out of Office and will definitely use them again.

Alice was so incredible! We just got back from our honeymoon in Bali and just WOW!!! The hotels that she chose for us were truly the best places we’ve ever stayed at in our lives. They’re flexible with adding and subtracting transportation and excursions however you want to do your vacation! Couldn’t recommend them more! Will definitely use them in the future (:

Maria did a great job planning our 10 year wedding anniversary! Going someplace new is always a mix of excitement and nerves, so having a travel agent’s help was important. Maria took the time to understand more about our styles, adjust bits of our itinerary, and answer questions quickly. Having a company that focuses of LGBTQ+ travel also gave us a huge sense of relief. Look forward to booking again!

We just returned from an incredible trip to Japan and I have to say everything went without a hitch thanks to Maria at OutofOffice. From trains to airport shuttles hotels and everything in between, we had a seamless experience that would’ve taken hours and hours to plan ourselves. We were then able to just enjoy our holiday and immerse ourselves into this amazing country. Maria was friendly and knowledgeable and very communicative. We wouldn’t hesitant to use her services again

I just booked my trip to Singapore, Sydney, and New Zealand. The service and guidance I received from Wolf were absolutely amazing. If I had to give a rating, it would be a 10 — truly outstanding. Just reading the travel itinerary already put me in a kind of euphoria. I’ve dealt with many travel organizations before, but my experience with Wolf tops them all.

It has been a pleasure working with Maria Gardner setting up our trip to Japan and Korea. She is very knowledgeable, professional and has made us very comfortable with the booking.

My experience with Out Of Office was excellent. From my first contact and interaction with them, through mid-planning changes that uprooted the entire journey, to the actual trip and wrap up conversation it was a wonderful experience. I worked with Maria, and she was a true delight. She was informed, thoughtful, and courteous. I had a lot of questions and she made everything easy. I had a wonderful trip and that was part and parcel of working with Maria and Out of Office. I'm excited to plan my next journey with them.

I’ve just returned from a great trip to Croatia and Montenegro. Wolf, and the team at OutOfOffice, were terrific! All of the details, large and small, were executed perfectly - everything from travel arrangements, transfers, tours and hotels were first rate. Special “shout out” to the team at Outdoor Croatia. Under the direction of Wolf and OOO, they worked on the ground during our trip to provide flawless service. We are already talking to Wolf about our next adventure.

Thanks,

George

Had the most phenomenal vacation planned by them. There were even surprised views from the hotels that we stayed at that we didn't even know about until we showed up. Had a trip of a lifetime and a vacation that will have lasting memories

This was a flawless experience right from the beginning, we had so many thoughts and ideas flowing around and Wolf took all of them and perfectly curated the most beautiful honeymoon for us. We couldn’t have been more happy with how everything went. We had the most gorgeous trip in Bali, we lived 1000 lives in those 10 days and we truly cannot thank Wolf and Out Of Office more for truly making this a bliss filled adventure that will be forever engrained into our souls.

Maria was wonderful. The hotels she chose for us were perfect both in elegance and location to all the sights we were interested in seeing. The guides were knowledgeable and flexible if we wanted to change something. everything was flawless. we will certainly be connecting with Maria for our next trip

I had a great experience working with Wolf to curate the ideal trip for myself that felt completely bespoke to my and to meet my traveling goals. Initially, I was unsure what I was looking for and Wolf was able to provide me with an exciting adventure that checked all the boxes I was looking for. It felt like an effortless process and he was very friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I set off for an Ireland and UK trip this summer for several weeks, and our Out of Office expert, Maria, organized a truly wonderful vacation for us, incorporating our interests, booking niche and enjoyable tours, as well as finding lovely accommodations.

We worked with each other over several months before the vacation, establishing what we wanted, our time frames, and priorities. Every step of the way we were met with pre-arranged transportation, guides, and unique experiences, all while feeling safe and catered to for this trip.

If you are an experienced traveler, share your likes/dislikes, hotel requirements, tourist activities, and any other information with your Out of Office liaison. They are sure to build a unique trip that will exceed expectations. We will surely use this group again!

Alice Evans was great to work with and tailored our plans to what we wanted. All of the hotels, transfers and local guides were great (and on time). The level of communication eased our fears of working with a new company, especially since we were traveling to places we had not been before. We hope to have encouraged our friends to also use Out Of Office for their future travel plans.

Wolf did an outstanding job of arranging my trip this summer to Greece. Hotels choosen, transfers to the different locations, and activities either arranged or suggested were all top notch. He was easy to work with addressing all questions and concerns. Definitely someone I look forward to working with again.

My point of contact, Wolf, really brought everything you see online to life. Starting with three very different ideas of where I wanted to go, he helped guide me to the best destination for me, and at the right time.
