Poor packaging

All of the accessories purchased were shoved into the pockets of the carrying case we purchased. We spent over $600 and now we have nothing nicely packaged to give as a gift. Really makes your products seem less valuable than the money spent on them. Even a $400 cue stick has no packaging. I emailed you regarding this issue and it was never responded to. Very disappointed.

Great buying experience!

I first purchased from Ozone Billiards in 2012 and just recently purchased my newest cue. The buying experience was just as easy now as it was then. Simple to order with great product descriptions so you know exactly what you're getting. Fast shipping as well! Highly recommend!

We ordered a pool table from them about…

We ordered a pool table from them about a year ago and had the worst experience with delivery and assembly. We were offered a small credit for the inconvenience. We reached out to Ozone and they have new management and they can careless what we were offered previously. They do not care about the customers satisfaction.

Deceptive ad

They have a Pechauser low deflection shaft listed for a sale price of 153.00 regular price is 280.00. Picture of the shaft complete description of the shaft however when you receive the shaft it's just a standard Pechauser shaft. The 3 stars is based on the above, the shipping time wasn't bad I placed the order late afternoon on a Wednesday and received it on Monday. Once the management team was made aware of the situation they contacted me to correct the problem. I will update the review once the problem is resolved.

Terrible experience

I placed an order for a pool table on Jan 8, 2024. I called them in advanced to see if it was in stock and I was told it was and would ship with 1-2 weeks. I received a questionnaire the next day as this is step 1 in their step 5 process. I answered all questions after 1 week I received same exact email, I called them and they told me they didn't get my response and resent. On Jan 16 I received "Step 2" which is they will assign an installer. On Jan 23 I received an email "Step 3" which sent me the details of the installer and states send the order details to our warehouse to schedule the shipment of your table. Didn't hear anything for weeks I called and they said it is ready to be shipped that is all the info they had for me. Feb 20 I received an email saying great news you table shipped with a tracking. When I tracked it the number was invalid so I called them, She said it was the wrong number and gave me the correct one but also informed me the installer had received on Friday and to call him. I called installer on Tuesday, he said my table has arrived but came in damaged and needed to call Ozone. Ozone called and apologized and said the part will be sent out tomorrow overnight. Well the next day came and this is the email I received...I am writing to inform you that our supplier will be closed today through Friday while processing updates within their business. We were informed of this issue this morning and I will continue to work and keep you updated as much as possible.

Due to this delay, we will not be able to have the replacement table shipped until Monday-Tuesday next week. On Feb 26 I received an email stating...I am writing to inform you that the reorder of you table was confirmed for shipment tomorrow.

We are currently waiting for the carrier to pick up the pallet for transit. Once we have tracking I will forward it to you immediately. Well here we are March 5 and haven't received an email with tracking I called them yesterday and today no answer no way to leave a message either, went on their website and sent an email. NO RESPONSE. I didn't leave this sooner because I was giving them the time to make it right and now not answering the phone or my messages doesn't sit right with me. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them it will save you alot of aggravation. Placed my order Jan 9 and here we are March 5 and still don't have a table or a tracking.

Custom Billiard Balls

I bought billiard balls for Christmas, was supposed to get them before Christmas and got them 3 days later! the worst of it was when I received them it looked like someone placed a postage stamp size picture on the ball and lacquered over top of it! I can not use them now as they roll unevenly and honestly with how crappy it looks I would not use them! I contacted the company and they said they do not refund custom items! They also will not fix the balls as they said that was my fault for sending in the picture. They DO NOT send proofs so you have no idea of what you are getting!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN BBB HAS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM!!! Oh and they sent me a refund of $8.50 for a custom job that costed me over $100.

FRAUD! They don't know how to fix any issues properly.

I ordered the Blue Ash Dufferin 19oz que SKU#223, What I received was a different que with SKU#237 as well as different patterns to what I had ordered. When I contacted them of their mistake I got an email in reply saying that:
"We have been notified by our supplier that you did indeed receive the correct cue labeled Dufferin Cues - Blue Ash.

Please don't get confused with the differences in the SKU ID as our SKUs will always differ from our suppliers. The link below shows the cue from the Supplier's website, and you will see that they are exactly the same. Please note that all cues may appear brighter or dimmer than the picture advertised."

This seemed weird to me as many friends of mine never had this issue with this company before and the SKU# always matched. Then a few days later I got a voice mail that read:
"Um, but essentially what happened with your Q is, um, manufacturer updated the item and we were not aware... your issue and we immediately updated our site so that nobody else would have that issue."
So essentially they had customer service send me an email lying to my face and trying to gaslight me into thinking that I was the problem, then they tried to backtrack and apologize after accusing me of not being able to know the difference between the que I had ordered and the one I got. How is this not fraud? I bought and payed for something got something different and they changed their entire website to cover their tracks while at the same time blaming me.

I understand accidents happen, but the fact that they wouldn't take responsibility at first and instead tried to offset it on me when I have photographic evidence is just unacceptable. I will never be purchasing from these clowns ever again.

Beware quality of these tables

Bought 2 expensive pool tables for my new sports bar 6 months ago and the felt has already tore on both tables. When I called customer service, I was told that I purchased tables with a cheaper felt and it wears fast?? They offered no credit towards re-felting with better material. I was told would have to pay full retail price for new felt. Not the customer service I was hoping for. I cant remember the salesman discussing various qualities of the felts with me when I purchased from Ozone. I will say staff was friendly and responsivess, however not happy I need to spend more money to have functional pool tables 6 months after purchase.
