Really good pricing, super fast delivery and kept me up to date all along the process. I was looking for an extra Deco unit to add to my existing system, I needed to fill in a WiFi dead spot, but didn’t really want to buy a full price unit. Pacetech had a refurb unit for sale at a great price and although I hadn’t heard of them before, it was too good an offer to pass up. The whole purchase process went really well, it was posted quickly and a Royal Mail tracking number provided. The kit arrived complete with a note from TPLink explaining the warranty for refurb kit. It works really well, looks box fresh and the WiFi dead spot is fixed! One happy customer!

Excellent service, originally ordered a refurbished TP-Link AX95 on Friday night from their ebay store, found the same product cheaper on their website (and cheapest compared to any other stores), so requested to cancel the order, ebay order was cancelled and refunded first thing on Monday morning, I then placed the order on their website before 14:30 on Monday and it was delivered speedily by Tuesday afternoon. The router ordered looks brand new, I did need to factory reset it as this was not done, which took a few minutes and within half an hour it was up and running fully custom configured, I am very pleased with it, it can deliver my broadband's 1 gbps speeds around most of my home which is very long, paired with another wifi 6e access point I now get full home 1gbps wifi speeds, the vpn client function caps my speeds at around 70mbps, best running individual clients on devices if supported, a very handy feature regardless. Really impressed with this wi-fi extender which has helped eradicate a slow internet allowing myself to watch movies and stuff without buffering, the only issue I’m now facing is my iPad which for some reason is not downloading websites correctly ( only sometimes ) can preserver with that - overall genuinely happy with the purchase and would recommend this wi-fi extender.
