Sent a print and it arrived to customer absolutely destroyed, glass shattered and print scratched up. Even after marking fragile and notifying them that it was framed glass artwork.

Bendigo Pk and send
The Bendigo pk and send shop went above an beyond with their service after a mix up with online and the local service , they sorted it out , and picked up my parcel , for delivery by start track who delivered it overnight from Bendigo to Sydney , cheaper than Aust. Post , Awesome service thankyou !!

Helpful & thorough
This was the first time I have used a courier service & they were very helpful & thorough. I was buying something through Facebook Marketplace & they contacted the seller themselves to explain how to prepare the package for shipping. It arrived in good condition & I would definitely use them again.

Straightforward but flawed
Straightforward online system that makes shipping simple, marred by confusion between Pack & Send and StarTrack. The online form asks for a preferred time for the item to be collected. I chose to have the item collected between 12-5pm as I didn't' think I would be home earlier. As it happened, I arrived home at just after 10am to hear a knock at the door. It was the courier come to pick up the item, which wasn't ready to be shipped. The courier was rude and impatient, giving me 10 minutes to pack and label the item (a very large item that needed special packing). I wondered why Pack & Send gave me the option to select a time for pickup when StarTrack have their own timetable that ignores that option.

Hi Geoffrey, We do apologise for the early arrival of the courier. Due to the large volumes of freight at this time of year the drivers start and finish very early it is not always possible to fulfil the preferred delivery timeframe for all customers. We will definitely pass your comments onto our team as a flag for next Christmas.
Quick and easy
I found using the online booking service with Pack & Send very easy, stress free, economic and reliable. Once I completed the online booking process I chose to take my parcel to the Pack & Send in Bendigo and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Overall the process was very quick and easy and just what I needed.
