We cannot praise Anna enough for all the help and support she has given us throughout our journey so far with So Resi. Sylvana was great at sorting things…
Sylvana was great at sorting things out. Overall, buying an extra share in my property was a bit slow and complicated. But the direct support from Sylvana in the aftersales team was massively helpful. Among everyone involved, I was always glad to have her support to push things forward and get stuff sorted out.

Amazing experience
What an amazing experience. Anna is lovely, gave me all the details at the viewing.
She responds to emails quickly. She handed over to Weronika, while away. Weronika was just as efficient.
Both explained process with great detail.
The process took a total of 3 weeks (if you are on top of all documents).
When it was moving day, we found a lovely gift basket.
Easy, smooth process.

I had a great experience with Tyler when I went to view the property at Great Haddon, Peterborough. She was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the viewing. So far my experience has been great…
So far my experience has been great with So Resi, everyone i have dealt with has been super helpful and supportive. The process was extremely smooth from the beginning up until now. Francesca has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process of buying our house. She’s been friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful from start to finish, making what can be quite a stressful experience feel much easier.

I’m at the reservation stage of buying my first property. I’m doing it on my own so am clueless on the process but Jaqui and Weronika at Finchampstead have been nothing but understanding, accommodating and kind. No question seems to small or silly. If I could put zero stars as a rating I…
If I could put zero stars as a rating I would.
Further to my previous review, it wasn't until today, because I chased my complaint up, which was sent 2 email addresses, that I got a response, a poor one at that, and the reason for me to chase, was I had a text message saying I owed them money. Which I didn't, an error on their part, more unecessary stress.
My complaint to them, is now the 2nd one, as one in motion and with the ombudsman.
The new owner of the flat, poor lass, calls me as she said, they don't reply, which we know that, as mentioned in the complaint.
Looks like this story is not close to ending yet
