Everything was delivered safely and on time. The marble finish is stunning and has elevated the appearance of our dining area. We also appreciated the professional customer support and updates.

Please understand that the product is good. Simply put, the delivery took longer than I had anticipated. I am aware that they made this clear, but I am not very patient when it comes to waiting for furniture. It wasn't the fastest experience, but everything worked out perfectly.

The coffee table actually looks really nice in my living room. Fits the style perfectly. Customer service was quick to respond too. I just wish white glove delivery was included instead of being an extra charge. That part annoyed me a little. Still a decent piece overall.

The marble table came a week later than I expected. But they replied to every email within a couple hours, sent videos, and gave me exact delivery dates. Would've been 5 stars if shipping was faster.

The dining room table we received is absolutely gorgeous. It was nearly 800lbs- so this was CLEARLY well-made. We have received a ton of compliments, it is absolutely stunning. It was about 1/3 of the price of one from Arhaus or Restoration Hardware and yet I truly believe ours is even more gorgeous and sturdy. It did take a very long time to ship from overseas but their customer service does a great job of responding very quickly to any of your inquiries and updating you with the location of your item. Would definitely order from Paphilly again!

I asked whether white glove delivery could be included with a $5,000 table purchase. It took a month to receive a response, and when I finally did, it was rude and dismissive — essentially telling me that if the cost was too expensive, I should find service elsewhere. For a purchase at this price point, I expected far better communication and professionalism. Very disappointing.

I ordered a table - it took a month then I got shipping info - then I got a notice I would get a refund that they no longer make that table - and I have yet to get my refund back.

The marble coffee table is stunning. The veining is natural and not overly busy, and the weight makes it feel premium. Only thing is you definitely need two people to move it. It wipes clean easily and gives my living room that "quiet luxury" vibe. Very happy with this piece.
