Customer service is everything in this business, pray nothing goes wrong onces you make a payment. Because these guys behave like flyby... Lies, lies and more lies. But people will soon realise and your businesses will suffer.... Pd3670699 so you know I'm real... Out with parcel direct...

Complete disaster to deal with. They lost a christening gown that I made for a customer. I rang on numerous occasions for a refund, I even gave my bank details. Still heard nothing back and it’s 9 months later. I have lost a customer and no refund. STAY AWAY. PD6031868, I kept my reference number to verify this is an honest complaint.

Collected Dublin Monday, arrived Cork Tuesday. Excellent service.

Absolutely terrible. Scheduled collection for a Tuesday, never collected. Contacted Parceldirect on Wednesday and was informed 'the driver ran out of time' the previous day and as it was after 12pm the collection couldn't be scheduled until Thursday. Surely if he ean out of time the protocol would be it would automatically get collected the following day without me having to contact them. Again it wasn't collected on Thursday. I sent an email asking for a manager to contact me, never received any correspondence. Parcel finally collected Friday. I would NOT recommend this service.

Paid online to ship a package from Ireland to USA. Chose fed ex economy option which matched the an post price. Attempted drop off at local store but the store didn't know how to process the package. Called parcel direct the following morning and they arranged to come to me to collect the package. Deliverd to USA within 3 days which was a lot faster than expected. Overall excellent service and price and delivery. Will absolutely be my go to im future.

Parceldirect offered the cheapest quote (by far) and they delivered my parcel to Edinburgh in four days. I could track it's progress every day and I was advised when it was delivered. Impressive.

Really speedy service and super cost versus other sites I tried.

ParcelDirect is the most efficient way I have found to send packages to the US to date . unfortunately on this occassion my parcel is market completed but it still hasnt been delivered.

I'd like to add that today is May 25th. I still havenot received any help whatsoever from this company. The €167 I paid to have a package delivered was not refunded in any way.
To sum it up in one sentence. This company is,appalling at customer service.

I have used Parcel Direct twice recently to send essentials to my student son in England.On both occasions I found the service excellent.The bulky packages were collected on time from my house and arrived in perfect condition at my sons house in England within a week. I would highly recommend Parcel Direct.

Horrific experience. Discussed the items being sent with them prior to booking. Followed their instructions and the package was still returned after nearly a week and are now unusable. They feel this is not their problem and are now ignoring me. will be escalating this to a solicitor, not to recover the money but to make a point. You must be accountable for your mistakes. would never use again.

Very straightforward to use. I entered the relevant package details (dimensions, weight & destination) and the options available were displayed. Picked the one I wanted, paid by card & then all that was left to do was print out the pack of address labels & Customs declarations. Package was picked-up from my home address the next day.

very good service - competitive rates and courier collected goods when they said they would. Overall very happy and would use this website again.

I booked a parcel collection on Sunday last for Monday. I got a confirmation Monday the parcel would be collected Monday between 9:00 - 5:30. Unfortunately this did not happen, no contact to say why. I followed up with a phone call the next morning to be informed it would be collected that day. At 4:35pm I rang again as the parcel had not been collected and the office closed at 5:00pm. I was informed it would definitely be collected without doubt. I told him I hope I don’t have to contact him again in the morning. He guaranteed me it would be collected that evening. This did not happen. I contacted him this morning and cancelled the service and told him I wanted a refund. I used the service of An Post. This evening at 6:30pm the courier turned up looking for the parcel I had cancelled this morning. What an incompetent service provider. I would stay well away. They also send a separate email as part of their follow up requesting a good review with the lure of a smartphone draw monthly. STAY AWAY.

Always excellent service, have used Parceldirect now a quite a few occasions to send parcels to our son in Australia and it has taken hassle out of shopping around for the most competitive rates, highly recommended
