DO NOT BUY THIS APPLICATION!!!
I subscribed to Parentaler and authorized one payment. When I received the welcome email I was informed that I was receiving MSPY, which I had reviewed previously and did not want.
Then a second purchase was put through on my card for an app upgrade that I did not request or authorize.
I have contacted my Financial Organization and they are reviewing the fraudulent charges.
I have tried to contact the company and the line is busy Also sent an email through the site and have received no response.
DO NOT BUY THIS APPLICATION!!!

SCAM!!! I wish I had read reviews before “trying” it. Got charged 3x initially and have sent multiple emails to try and get refunded for two of them. I haven’t even gotten a single response back. I can’t find a phone number to be able to talk to an actual person. And when we tried to download onto our child’s phone, it didn’t even work. I honestly don’t know where these glowing reviews are coming from, that must also be a scam.

Just wanted to update, I did finally get a response from them (after being charged 2more times) and I’ve asked them for a refund just for the last 2 (still getting charged for the other 3) and all they did was offer extended time. I WANT A REFUND!! Customer service is crap

Tried to trial the app which led me to sign up for a subscription. The app did not show up on my phone and I was charged 3x the amount by a different company. This is a fraud and are taking people's money under the guise of protecting our children.

So my signup through caretaker wound up being an entirely different company which proceeded to charge me 3 times including foreign processing fees and 3 different prices within 24 hours for what was supposedly a 3 month trial. Then it didn’t even work as advertised. Disgusting

Very useful app, but the subscription price is too high. It's quite expensive. Also, where is the offline mode? If my child's device has no data connection, the app doesn't help. Please include SMS commands to enable data, location, or recording.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this app! After installing it, I was amazed by its capabilities. Must needed app if you have children or small siblings Provides full control over the phone and safety

Just started using yesterday and I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorite apps feel some stressed relief knowing what my kids are doing on their phones and if there is any reason that I might need to be concerned

The best one, for control remote. Just make a trail a little bit longer and give all of the features of the application to the user. 3 days is very cheap 😁

I've been testing this for 2 days now. It seems to work great. Hidden well from being found and does what it says for monitoring your child's device

I love the app it's great for the most part. There are things I think could be done that would make the app better such as; when I screen mirror my kid can see that I am looking and apparently she can see when I connect through the camera. Also when she makes a call I cannot hear anything. Finally I only get incoming texts not outgoing and if multiple people text at the same time I can't see the messages. I hope with this new update the issue with the screen freezing is fixed.

Please take the time to read the other bad reviews. You are expecting to subscribe some very promising parental control app but in the end paying for a costly subscription to mSpy !

They say they got acquired by mSpy after you purchase with your credit card. The back-office has no real parental controls whatsoever.

It is just money thrown away for which the customer service seems to absolutely not refund anything.

I have already filed a complaint with my bank.

This app is very cool! I tried the trial program and fall in love. I think i will subscribe this app ❤️

Thank God Wells Fargo flagged and declined charges by this deceptive, scamming company. They literally attempted to charge my debit card 10 times under several different company names, some from Hong Kong. They are somehow affiliated with mSpy, which I have no interest in doing business with. I highly advise you not to give them your financial information!! Any positive reviews are highly suspect!

The app is great but it could have been better if we could control the internet connection.
