So this company no longer seems to exist. I paid and was then taken to mSpy. I then had an email saying that mSpy had practically bought out Parentaler.

Does not honor refund policy
Horrible customer service. They bragged about a refund policy in 14 days and I was unsuccessful getting it to work. If you need assistance with the software they want to charge you $40 extra to connect with a technician. I asked for a refund and it took quite a few days to get a response and I went back-and-forth with them and they denied a refund. I should have read these reviews first. But I trusted the company and that was my mistake. Do not use them.

Una truffa ben organizzata
Il sito è convincente, ma quando ho deciso di sottoscrivere e pagare il loro abbonamento (annuale), ho trovato un'altra pagina con due altri servizi (mAssistance e Priority Support) indicati come da aggiungere, e non potevo togliere la loro selezione. A un certo punto ho cliccato sul tasto "continua" e ho visto questi due servizi extra addebitati.
A quel punto mi veniva consigliato di scaricare l'app mSpy, ma le recensioni erano pessime, con gente che parlava di truffa. Allora ho chiesto assistenza nel loro sito, ma la risposta era probabilmente data da un bot, che suggeriva di aspettare 5 - 10 minuti. Non c'è mai stata risposta.
Ho fatto bloccare la carta di credito dalla mia banca, e ora chiedo la restituzione dei soldi.

Incredibly poor -avoid at all costs
First issue - click "TRY NOW" and you are actually committing to buy the software.
Second - it's hopeless - would not download any data either by wired connection or through iCloud
Third - "useful" functionality requires you to jailbreak the phone, which voids your warranty and can brick the device.
Finally - I'll keep you posted on my refund but based on other users' experience I'm not holding my breath,

Don't believe the refund policy
They say that you can get a refund if not satisfied but that's not true.
I've been trying to get a refund within the stated 14 days period.
This has been going on for the last 15 days, with no sucess.
