We arrived on 31aug and was told there be no more entertainment. Which we was looking forward to so we could have nights old very disappointing. So we just seat in caravan which I could do at home swimming pool was supposed to be hot it was freezing. Now come home with cold.the only good thing was caravan

On arrival the first caravan was not cleaned very well at all so the cleaning supervisor had a look and agreed it was nowhere near acceptable and she quickly moved us to a lovely caravan near the entrance,The 2 cleaning ladies and the girl on reception were fantastic with us and very professional.The Park itself is very nice and the restaurant and bar area lovely with some good entertainment,we were somewhat disappointed that the outside pool was closed all week aswell as one of the fishing lakes and the fact that the whole site is cashless was a pain.
So the site is lovely in a really nice area needs a few more things to do and maybe accept cash

Very clean site & caravans, entertainment could be better, food reasonable quality & price. Staff very helpful Sarah in particular went above & beyond when we had a problem, looking forward to returning next year

Fabulous long weekend great spot in North Yorkshire with a pub a small pool and great caravan just lacked a few utensils

Stayed at Marlie. No parking facilities just one road which I was told is “first come basis” so we couldn’t park anywhere near our caravan and had to trek back and forth with three children.

Caravan wasn’t cleaned as well as I would have hoped. Dirty marks on cooker and food splatters in microwave. Large cobwebs above curtains. Radiators full of lint and debris.

We purchased wifi as it isn’t included and couldn’t get the tv to connect so spent £20 for nothing.

Staff wise everyone is so helpful and lovely but we definitely won’t stay here again. Very disappointing overall for a much looked forward to break.

We have owned the caravan 1 week and we are having trouble already. The kitchen window would not open, my son ended up repairing the window, the steps at the entrance were unsteady, so much so my daughter in law fell after telling them 3 times they were unsteady. The boiler cuts out after 20 minutes, they have apparently looked at it and can’t see any problem. We ended up calling out of hours maintenance, the young boy tfat came out was great but his boss on the other end of the phone was atrocious. He told the boy to leave as were were owners and not paying with a lot of fs and other words I can’t write on here. We have 1 years warranty so we are covered. I should have known better after being an owner almost 15 years ago, it’s no better. Absolutely awful, don’t waste your time or money.

The park facilities, the annual costings/charges and the maintenance/service delivered is all okay (Broadland Ssnds) ...so being fair and balanced all that is okay and acceptable ...what is not okay is how inconsistent and partial the GM is in applying fairness, equity and equality ...the GM should be your front line ambassador ...sadly at B/Sands he is a joke and a total sham!!

I love this company. Their site is great and had drop down menus for each park.

You have to add dates, number of people and number of nights, but you don't have to book immediately; so you can change all those while looking for the right caravan or lodge/apartment.

I have only had a caravan, as there are only two of us, but I'm sure the more expensive options are just as luxurious as the vans.

Booking is very easy, after selecting the right accommodation for you - just click on the button and everything else will be almost automatic.

I contacted this company before our holiday as I had read a poor review. I received an impersonal reply. And yet despite this, our Platinum Lodge, which was about 5 years old, was lacking in some areas. The 2 settees were very dirty, the en suite shower was impossible for us to use as the shower bar was far too stiff for us to use. Two of the four chairs on the patio were unsafe to sit on, as the base was frayed. We did report the shower, but to no effect. So it seems my earlier email did not even warrant someone checking our accommodation to make sure it was in good order. Not exactly good customer service. And how can you classify a 5 year old lodge as Premium?I do have photos to back this up.

Hengar Manor Holiday Park, Cornwall
Excellent customer service from all the staff at Hengar Manor weekend of 4th to 7th September… very friendly, professional group of staff who made our weekend very enjoyable… in particular Diane & Katie at reception… staff who looked after the change overs also very friendly… lovely peaceful site in beautiful surroundings… approx 25 min drive to nearest Cornwall beaches but there is a lovely pool complex on site… will definitely visit here again…

Was easy hassle free great low deposit

It was easy to book on line. But after an hour I had not received my confirmation so I called and the person I spoke to was helpful and sorted it out for me.

We are frequent visitors to the marli site we love the park and surrounding area of Romney marsh been coming for many years now and are looking forward to many more. Staff always helpful and pleasant

Booked a return visit to Carlton Meres. Call was answered promptly by a very happy and friendly gentleman who was extremely helpful and efficient in finding me exactly what I was after which I was unable to do online due to an issue with my loyalty discount. I do find the staff at Park Holidays, whether in person, on site or over the phone are all very polite, happy and approachable

The online booking is easy to use, very quick and would definitely use the online booking again. The prices are also very reasonable. Lots of different locations to choose from and a variety of parks at each location.

Stayed at Harts in the isle of Sheppey. Caravan was filthy hadn't been hoovered dead moths and sand on the floor and on the chairs laminate was missing off the kitchen work surface, tv didn't work properly and something was stuck to the bed side table we phoned house keeping and two lovely ladies were sent to clean . After they left we then saw the level of filth the cooker hob didnt just have a weeks worth of grime on it ,it was months of build up , skirting boards were covered in thick dust curtains were frayed and i could go on. I don't like confrontation and suffer from anxiety ,so due to the way I am apparently it was my fault because I didn't complain properly . I signed off on the work that was done by the two ladies as they did the job well ,and then spoke to the head house keeper at the same time about the rest of the filth marks of squashed insects all around the caravan a dead moth hanging from the ceiling. She just said ,but the jobs that were re-done were they OK and I said yes and signed them off. If I had noticed the rest I would have said about it in the beginning. I have taken photos and I will be seeking advice as we have been told we have no case even though we left early . The pool had no spaces there was no where near our caravan to park and the entertainment and restaurant area were heaving . Around the bins were disgusting it was all coming under the fence around the bins and it smelt awful. The caravan to the back of us were complaining about the the filth in their caravan too.

For many years Newhaven Holiday Park has been our home away from home. We've had two static caravans on this site since we stopped touring in 2002; it's perfect for walking, cycling and just relaxing. The lovely market towns Buxton, Ashborne and Bakewell are within easy reach, as well as Chatwsworth with its farm shop and gardens.

The site is peaceful, always well kept and tidy, and the staff are lovely and helpful. Sadly, all good things must come to an end though; limited mobility meant we are now unable to visit as often as we would like.

With our lease now ending, Dave and his team have been super helpful, assisting us in finding the best price for our van, sorting the paperwork and generally smoothing out the whole process; it couldn't have been easier.
