Lovely accommodation in a lovely setting. Helpful staff. Very clean and well kept grounds. Was nice to see lush green grass..so much better than other parks.

Paid for the WiFi and never received it. Spoke to various people who promised to refund the money. Initially turned up to find no caravan cleaning pack.

Stay at Golden Sands Devon. We have stayed on this site 4 times this year. The first 2 were great as we had the type of Caravan we requested. The third time we had a Caravan on the road which runs through the park and with a lot of steps up to it which was not ideal for us. This time we had a lower grade caravan but it was in better shape than the Gold plus, the only complaint would be that we could not get the car up to the caravan and as we are both in our 70's this made loading and unloading a real chore.

Stayed at the Tencreek Holiday Park for two nights on a touring pitch. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a pizza from the takeaway that was really delicious. My only complaint was even though the site was only a quarter full they put us right next to the toilets although they did move us when asked.

Requested help several times regarding the dangerous mattress size for the bed frame. My 4 year old could easily stand in the gap full body and I twisted my ankle falling through the gap of a night, looking for light switch. Cleanliness was below expectation. Staff are very friendly and polite. Hence the single star. Getting the job completed different story.
Cooker and issue with boiler then the door was left open for my daughter to access 5 day break issues we're not resolved till the 4th day.

VERY DISSAPOINTING EVERYTHING WAS CASHLESS WE WERE SUPPOSE TO STOP AT ST OSYPH PARK BUT WERE MOVED TO DOVERCOURT OUR ORIGINAL PA RK WAS 100% BETTER THAN DOVERCOURT IWILL NOT RETURN THERE CARAVAN WAS NICE STAFF NICE ASWELL JUST FACILITIES NOT VERY GOOD AND CASHLESS WAS A BIT OF A PAIN STEVE IN BRUM

Caravan was classed as a gold but was more like a bronze and after to days the boiler broke down which took two engineers two more days to fix and then on the day before leaving the park generator went down resulting in no power supply until the early hours of the day we were leaving. And to add insult to injury no one could be bothered even after sending three emails and calling directly to help or offer some kind of compensation.

Nice and quiet and comfortable caravan it a good site not far from the sea front but something got to be done with the Double they can be uncomfortable when 2 singles are pushed together.

Only down side is we went out of season and we booked in the swimming pool but they still did the 45 minutes rotation
When we asked to stay they said we could book 2 back to back session . When we left only 1 family was in for the next session . Which annoyed us as we could have stayed in a little long

Great Park. Great entertainment. Ideally placed for buses. Staff were excellent.

Bungalow was filthy,cobwebs all over the place,food and other rubbish under the sofa which also had semen stains on it.Two kitchen cupboards had doors hanging off and also loose taps in both the kitchen and bathroom.Blood stains were also on the bedsheets in the twin bedroom so all in all not a very enjoyable experience!

It was a mixed rating as the staff were fantastic but there was a problem with internet, tv and welcome pack were not delivered so we had nothing! Had to buy absolutely everything, towels, tea towels etc even the internet was not free and still did not work. Would go back for park but not the amenities!

Place was nice a quiet if you want break from a fast paced life. We were told we can arrive early as we paid extra for early arrival, and was told we can arrive upto 2 hrs before booking time, so we can check in. Went to reception as was told we were too early and had to leave and come back at the correct booking time. When we came back we were then informed due to a private wedding all amenities were off limits, Bar, restaurant, swimming pool etc. so after a 7 hour drive we had to then go out to find a pub or restaurant. The next day we decided to eat, and sadly the menu was very limited, didn’t cater for any allergies and was also offered food we could purchase from left overs from the wedding the night before.

Room was ok, spacious and reasonably clean, apart from loads of cobwebs in all rooms and the sliding doors hadn’t seen a bottle of spray for weeks, plus to open and close it you had to literally lift it into its catch to lock it.
Overall it was only 3 days and was ok, just think the monies paid you should get a bit more than we got.

Short Break at Birchington vale. Had a lovely visit to this caravan site with my children. The staff were very good, they were friendly and welcoming to my children and very helpful. On the whole the facilities were clean and well kept. The caravan was very clean and comfortable for our stay.

Execrllent osrk and an absolute brilliant location to get to all that Derbyshire has to offer would highly recommend

No refund given after emergency surgery was needed before going.

Unfortunately, our stay at Trevella Holiday Park ended with a very upsetting situation.

While we were away from our glamping pod and before our agreed checkout time, a member of the housekeeping team entered the pod. When we returned, some of our belongings had been moved and £370 in cash that had been inside a jacket was missing.

One of the main concerns for us is what happened with the keyring. The keyring had been left inside the pod with our belongings, but was later found in the key box. Trevella has explained that the keyring was treated as though it had been returned separately and was therefore taken as an indication that the pod was ready to be cleaned. However, this does not match our recollection of where the keyring had been left, and we remain concerned about how it came to be in the key box.

We have raised the matter directly with Trevella and have also reported it to the police. Trevella has now concluded its own internal investigation, while confirming that it will keep the matter open to support any external investigation.

We appreciate that Trevella has responded to our correspondence, but we remain extremely unhappy about what happened and, most importantly, that £370 of our cash remains unaccounted for.

We would advise anyone staying here to take particular care with valuables and cash and to ensure that belongings are securely stored.

Booked an 8 birth caravan £950 for 1 week in the summer hols .

Turned up fly invested , dirty , a hole in the wall as soon as you opened the door . Writing on the wardrobes it was shocking ! We got moved into a 6 birth for the weekend …delayed our family members coming until the Monday until they could find us another 8 birth !!

They let us check our late of the 6 birth to allow me with 4 children ( 1 a newborn ) to move into the new 8 birth Monday afternoon ! It was just a bad experience!

The staff very friendly , tried their best to help and cannot fault them ! But definitely didn’t get what we paid for ! When following up with a complaint the best they could do was a £50 refund !!! Told me already had a late check-out on the Monday with moving etc which would have cost £100 ( which was not my fault we had to move !!! ) we left as soon as we could on departure day .

Still looking into consumer rights as this is not good enough compensation for our experience nor what we paid and didn’t receive ! I would highly suggest NOT booking with park holidays !!

Accommodation was fine.its just the step to get into caravan.my dog is old and I had to pick her up to get in and out . lovely location.

Awesome time. We stopped at Sand le Mere and couldn't have asked for anything more. Perfectly placed. Park is great soze and tidy throughout. Complex is set out perfect. Caravan was ideal for what we needed.
The only negative I could think of is there isnt enough eating venues around so need to drive unless you want to eat the same food throughout your stay, Apart from that it was perfect.
Staff were really helpful throughout.
