In this case, we responded to multiple emails regarding your request and even provided screenshots as proof of our replies, but unfortunately, it seems our messages may not have reached you. As you appear to have used a .gov work email address, it’s possible that your organisation’s email filters may have blocked or redirected our responses. We sincerely apologise for any frustration this may have caused. However, as soon as we were made aware of the issue, we promptly cancelled the subscription and issued a full refund for the charges.
