Bought Garden Furniture back in Summer excellent service from choosing paying and delivery all on time . But fabric not up to standard frayed in certain places on several seats. got in touch with the store who dealt with problem quickly and efficiently and sorted out my problem and concerns.
Would definitely buy from them again

I ordered a lovely L shaped rattan sofa set with table from Pattens. They were the cheapest price when I ordered but I came across the same set within the first 14 days a bit cheaper elsewhere. Not only did Patten’s pricematch the difference, they also refunded an extra 5% as I could have had 5% discount at the other company for being a new customer. Delivery was as promised and no issues. The set arrived in perfect condition and we’re really pleased with it. The quality is so good and we’ve had so many compliments on it. I’d always look to Pattens if I needed to order furniture again. Wonderful company to deal with.

We purchased a lovely cocktail trolly that is of excellent quality and was delivered in good time.

Had tv stand and bedroom furniture from here even better they recommend a person who they use to build the bedroom stuff paid little extra but well worth it highly recommended furniture shop

My garden furniture may well have been stuck on the Suez Canal. But it was definitely worth the wait. It’s amazing both the loungers and the suite. Absolutely fab service from this company. Would highly recommend them. I might not have had the chance to use them much this year but can’t wait for next year. Outdoor living here we come

I ordered a love huge clock from Pattens. Arrived perfectly and looked just as good on the pictures.

It was a reasonable price and was delivered on time.

Whilst there were some delays in delivery (not due to Pattens), we were delighted with the quality of furniture delivered. There was very little assembly and it looks great in our garden. Would definitely recommend Pattens.

We ordered our dining table and chairs and they were delivered on time.we went back to purchase bedroom furniture and it was delivered again on schedule, in fact it was a little earlier than we expected.
The staff were very helpful and we can recommend them for quality and service.

I could not speak more highly of the team at Pattens. Having purchased from many other furniture companies this has been my best experience yet. The team are highly professional and the service has been second to none. The salesperson was very informative in relation to products on sale and spent a huge amount of time in making sure I chose the correct product ( despite other customers being in the store) I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
I was kept up to date in relation to delivery date. Delivery service was good and in stated timeframe.
Most importantly I am extremely pleased with the quality and finish of my new wardrobes. They are exactly what I wanted. Exceptional service. Will definitely buy from Pattens again in the not too distant future snd will be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you.

Excellent choice. Staff very helpful and know their stock. Last order delayed understandable due to COVID but I was kept informed. I have recommended them to family and friends who have also been happy with their purchases.

I have ordered twice from Pattens Furniture, once in the shop and a second time on line. The service in the shop is very professional and I also received a phone call after purchasing on line to tell me there would be a delay due to the pandemic. The furniture is excellent value for money and the local delivery guys are great. I will always recommend this business !

Ordered some Rattan Garden furniture 4 months ago and still haven’t received my order and keep being fobbed off the excuse that they can’t get the container carrying my order into a docking berth. Every 2 weeks they give me the same excuse and now I’m asking for my money back their email won’t work saying the quota is full for my email address, whatever the hell that means.

Steer well clear of this seller! Very much doubt I’ll get my refund yet alone the item itself.

I ordered an art deco inspired drinks trolley with a lead time of early April. No one could definitely tell me when it would arrive. It was always we're expecting it, we're expecting it. When it did eventually arrive in mid May one of the mirror shelves was broken. It took 10 days and lots of emails and phone calls before a decision was made and money refunded. Apparently I had to wait while they had a reply from the manufacturer, probably China. The trolley was supposely in the sale reduced to £198 from around £260. I wouldn't give you 50 quid for it. Some of the gold is missing from round the bottom of it. It has awful weld points which looks like a child has done it. Shoddy workmanship. Definitely not worth the money. The communication with the company was lacking too. Finally I received an email addressing me as Mr and my order clearly stated Miss. Definitely won't be buying from this company again. Dreadful.

I paid £1200 for a Rattan set back in February 21, expected delivery mid Apr. It was finally delivered yesterday 20th May, without the protective cover, which was an extra £99.

I called Pattens immediately and was told that they would contact the supplier and call me back - they didn't. I just called them again for an update to be told to expect the cover on Monday which means it will be left out in the elements for 4 days and the weather is shocking! Spending this much I did expect better customer service. The guys attitude & tone was off. He said he was 'on his own, that it wasn't his fault & that the manufacturer had made a human error."
I understand that mistakes happen but Pattens could have kept me informed at least. I don't know if I am prepared to wait for the cover or if I should send the whole thing back.
Shame for them because I had my eye on other furniture but will not order from them again.
