Amazing service as always even in…
Amazing service as always even in lockdown. We had a telephone appointment to discuss car seats. The staff member was really knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all to make a purchase. I ordered the car seat online a couple of weeks later. Collected from store and they checked we had fitted it correctly. Really pleased with the car seat and service recieved. We're on baby number two and Paul Stride is our go to shop. Thanks again.

Item not received after 17 days
Ordered car seat adapters on 17 days ago. I haven't received the item yet and I've had no confirmation email for the order, no despatch email, and no response to my enquiry.

Good Afternoon Rhiannon,
Many thanks for taking the time to review our service and apologies we failed to meet your expectations on this occassion. The adapters were out of stock when ordered and we had to wait for the manufacturer to deliver to us, I am sorry this took longer than usual this time. I have checked and an email order confirmation was sent automatically by the till within 20 mins of the order being placed, maybe this went into a spam folder or was deleted in error. In relation to your email this was sent to us on the Good Friday Bank Holiday and as we were in lockdown at that time the shop was not manned, being classed as non-essential retail we were not allowed to open. As such a reply was sent to you on the Tuesday morning (again we were Closed on Bank Holiday Monday and over the weekend) as soon as we returned back to work. I am sorry this reply was not received by you until after Easter Sunday when this review was posted. I hope the car seat adapters ordered are now in use and working as planned.

Able to answer questions in advance of me buying the product. They also price matched the product refunding me the discount and even carried the product out to my car and put it in my boot on collection. Excellent service all round. Highly recommend.

Hello Diana,
Many thanks for the photo of the box the carriers certainly have not been kind to it. I am pleased however the box did its job and protected the seat inside, that is what it is designed to do. I will arrange to email you a copy of your invoice or alternatively if you created an account you can log in an print out a copy. Warranty details should be in the instructions attached to the seat but is 2 years on Britax products.
