Very good and speedy service
Very good and speedy service. Communication was also prompt.
I was only confused whether I'd be getting 2 boxes as I ordered two car seat boosters and they are big and the delivery note with content was inside the box, so a note on order what to expext (i.e. no.of boxes) would be handy.
Anyways, at Paul Stride I found what I was looking for weeks after getting a tip about them from the manufacturer in Germany.
Would highly recommend.

Apologies for the confusion over the number of boxes. The cybex seats come to us boxed in 2's so to save packaging both seats were bundled together (in the same way they come to us) which actually protects the seats better also in transit as it saves excess movement internally. We will take on board your comments and will see how to communicate this to customers going forward.

I had a brilliant experience buying my daughters car seat from Paul Stride. I was able to have it delivered in store then arranged to have them show me how to fit it properly once it arrived. Fantastic customer service and really friendly 😊

We have had a great experience buying our travel system with Paul Stride-Kevin was super helpful and friendly.
I had a million questions as we couldn’t view it beforehand due to lockdown at the time.

Website was informative and re-assured me that the item I was purchasing would fit the product I already owned (various other websites selling this product didn't offer this amount of reassuring detail). The delivery was fast and items turned up when promised. Great communication from them that kept me up to date. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I called in to see if they had a product available as everywhere else stated 4+ weeks for delivery. I explained to the saleswoman that I needed the mattress very soon and she dispatched it on the same day and I received it the next day. Amazing customer service and fast delivery.

A great company to deal with...
A great company to deal with even with a little mix up with the first delivery, however, Kevin was very helpful and added the personal touch to getting the order sorted. The product is excellent and the delivery was well informed and on time. Would happily deal with this company again and the product is of the highest quality, my son loves his new car seat.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent. My question was answered honestly regarding the product I wanted to purchase. An estimate of two weeks for delivery was given.
I then received a phone call to arrange delivery and this was quickly arranged for the next working day.
Overall an excellent service! Would definitely use again.
