Sam was amazing from start to finish with everything I had in mind he answered every question and I’ve never felt more at ease than I have today I’ve tried many debt helplines and I’ve never succeeded as they’re way to complicated but I didn’t do anything other than speak everything else was done for me and I genuinely feel like I’m going somewhere and finally going to be debt free not only that I had advice explained and sent to me for future help with staying on top of bills it was an over all amazing experience

Today I had the most understanding and helpful member of staff helping me with my plan. Not only did they want to get the plan correct but they took the time to make sure I had the right support in place and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing and just asking a couple of questions made me feel less anxious and at ease. They have helped alleviate a lot of stress and worries and I am so thankful that they have gone above and beyond what I expected.

I'm a frightened old lady who got herself , totally myself, into a mess but knew I needed help. One of my Cr card company's advised me to perhaps call an advisory service and today I did. The ladies I spoke to were kind. They listened. They offered supportive advice but most of all their patience.
I'm aware I'm at fault. But not once was I made to feel inadequate, stupid . Infact I feel I may, just may get some shuteye.
I promise to abide by everything said and fulfilled my obligations.

I was very nervous and have never sought help before from anyone, i was referred to PayPlan by a partner company of theirs and i cant thank them enough for making me feel at ease and answering any questions i had. On my 2 calls i spoke with Laura and Harmonie and both ladies were just amazing and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone struggling and looking for help. I feel as though a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Payplan are handling my iva but unfortunately they can't do this correctly, they are paying my creditor every month who has already received 100 percent of debt back, I have called Payplan to ask why they are still paying this creditor for them to say I still owe on this account, I have called the creditor who has told me the account is in credit and they don't know why payplan are still paying in to the account each month.I have raised a complaint with payplan and have to wait until the 2nd March for they response before hopefully the financial Ombudsman can tell them how to do they job properly.

UPDATE:
I finally got a response from PayPlan the day after my review was posted. However the info given was completely wrong. My Iva began in March 2021 and I’ve made a total of 60 payments to date. However the advisor stated my final payment, of a completely random amount, would be due on 31st April. That date doesn’t even exist!!
I’ve made 60 payments which is the usual amount to compete an IVA but I’m now expected to make a further 2 payments with no explanation and given an end date which doesn’t exist.
I’ve sent follow up messages for clarification and yet to receive a response. There isn’t a clear complaints process that I can find so I’ll be taking this to the financial ombudsman if not resolved.
Started off great, set up an IVA with no issues. Have paid on time every month for almost 5 years and always completed my annual reviews on time & provided any extra info required.
My plan is due to end soon, but I have no idea of the actual end date as I have had zero responses to the FOUR emails I’ve sent them since 18th Jan 2026. However they send me multiple texts and emails per week stating my annual review is overdue, ironic!
As the plan is soon to be coming to an end, I was at the very least expecting some communication from them about what happens next, but have had nothing but there aforementioned communications about annual reviews. It’s been near impossible to contact the many different case advisors in the last couple of years, sometimes waiting months for a response to very simple questions.
This should be a time when I’m looking forward to being debt-free in the very near future, but instead it’s added more stress to my life.
If PayPlan addressed the absolute failure to communicate with its clients once they are getting paid, then it would be a much better experience all round!

I recently reached out to payplan for help with debt, after trying to get help from other agencies and being turned away payplan have thrown me a life jacket I felt like I was drowning and had no way out constantly feeling like I had failed my children, the reassurance and friendly nature of everyone I spoke to was amazing specially Andrea what an angel she was. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track and saving me. I will forever be grateful for everything. My children will now have there happy bubbly mummy back.
