I have reached out to this company

I have reached out to this company - 6 weeks after getting married in September my husband was diagnosed with cancer….to say our lives were turned upside down is an understatement. Previously we both had two jobs each to manage “life”….that all changed and finances became a total nightmare.
That said I have been speaking with Joe, who has not only been professional and courteous, has also been understanding, sympathetic and so helpful. Thank you!

Never had a service like it talked to…

Never had a service like it talked to Sam on the phone had all my worries about money and depts sorted in an hour can’t praise payplan enough any one with debt and money worries contact right away it will be the best move you ever make 5***** just perfect.

PayPlan has transformed my life.

PayPlan has transformed my life. I made my final IVA payment yesterday - and couldn’t be more grateful to this wonderful team of people. They started out great but…

They started out great but communication is incredibly slow, as in it takes weeks to get an answer from your case worker even on urgent matters.
They advised I have 14 days to pay over £1000 based on documents I never sent them, I’ve been trying to contact them for 5 days and have been completely unable to.

Great at first

Great at first then it’s a nightmare. Make sure you know exactly what whats going on. Dont be like me end up even worse then normal

Avoid this company majority of the…

Avoid this company majority of the money you pay them like 60% will be money you pay payplan for their services
40% of the money you pay them will be divided among people you owe money to
They are the worst and most horrible debt consolidators company you could deal with ,they are their to make money not to help you clear your debt quickly you are better off paying yourself individual companies or use another consolidating company that are not greedy like payplan
Soon they will shut down if thwy keep exploiting people like this
Dont believe the 5,4 or 3 star review check out the 1 star reviews

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic, honestly I was so worried and upset with my situation and the lovely ladies harmonie was just so understanding and patient with me, I genuinely couldn’t recommend this company enough. And at the end all my worries were dealt with and there was definitely no judgement whatsoever so again I’d highly recommend giving them a call if you need a little financial help 😊

Its nice to have someone listen for a change

Its taken two sessions to get sorted. But its so nice to have someone listen and understand what you are going through. It does seem a long process. But they listen to what you.need, and tell you which is the best way to go about it. Along with the worry of debt, your health, physical and mental can be hit hard, and you need someone who understands this, and the people at PayPlan seem to have empathy, and an understanding of mental health which is really needed in this Internet led world. Thanks for the time you have spent with me today. I really do appreciate every minute of it.

Excellent from start to finish. We have a chronically ill child. We e been navigating the cost of cancer for the last 14 years. PayPlan were reassuring, non judgmental, and made it so easy to talk to them. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
