They got me set up with the iva fine but when it came around to the annual review they ghosted me just sending automated emails saying I need to complete it and to contact my case officer to book an appointment which I did a dozen times over 2 weeks with zero response. They just don't care.

Getting really fed up, like others I have been waiting weeks for a response to emails/ messages. I was already irritated at how many questions were asked that had been answered in the documents I was asked to provide during the assessment period and I've had no response to a question regarding my plan since.
I'm now looking to make an official complaint and moving my plan to another provider.
Ridiculous.

We were in a very bad place during the pandemic. Our medical insurer went into receivership when surgery and inpatient care were needed, and we went from being in the black to deep in the red. The bank referred us to PayPlan, and I admit I was sceptical. We could only manage a low monthly repayment, and this was going to take us eight years to pay off. However, as we paid back friends who had helped us, we could add more each month to repay the bank and credit card providers. It cut the repayment time in half, and we are now debt-free thanks to PayPlan, and of course, the main creditors for suspending interest repayments.

Awful tbh they don’t reply to emails then when you call to say i want to cancel it they get a little rude on the phone and asked why so I told them about all the hassle signing in and what else on a email and not a reply so don’t use these as there all nice when you say to go ahead then rude when you tell them to cancel it

Useless like everyone else, told me that they would get me paying £50 per month on an IVA but nothing has happened yet, I told them I have payments to a bailiff going out and then just blank me, haven't saved me any money so far, most PROFESSIONAL organizations have never heard of them so I'm starting to think they are a complete scam company. Try step change instead.

I've been with PayPlan for years with no problem. But recently I find my emails aren't getting answered. They don't seemed to have a group email so messages go to individual people who dealt with the last response. It's been over a month now.

Ok, so I was absolutely on my last nerve trying to deal with my debt, especially in facing possible bailiff action too. I was referred to Payplan, by a lovely young man from another debt I owe and he pointed me in the right direction. Since then, I have had such a reassuring experience with payplan. Kind professional people who are there to try and help. I needed this.

It has been four years since I started my debt management plan. I don't write reviews but I felt that strongly about the help I received throughout my journey to becoming debt free.
After the purchase of my house I was made redundant. One thing lead to another and I was out of work for six months living off credit cards as UC would help me. I was at my lowest owing almost £14k due to defaults on personal loans and cards combined.
Communication has been quick and no judgement from the people on the other end of the phone. Thank you all for being there when I needed the help. I have one payment left... it's going to be strange having disposable income for the first time in what feels like forever...
My only suggestion... Improve your mobile app. No login memory so I have to login every time and also it hasn't been updated since the iPhone 4.

I was reassured given good advice and guidance without any pressure or judgement. I was given a list of options everything was explained clearly so I could understand. The advisor I spoke with was very emphatic to my situation and I felt understood and supported

I couldn't recommend them any more highly, from the start of the process to the end they have been so so helpful very very knowledgeable and have taken the anxiety away from both my wife and I, any one in a situation similar should contact them immediately as they will help you to sleep at night again, thankyou so much

I spoke to Josh this evening who helped me arrange a payment plan which was affordable for me, he was very helpful and we have ended our chat with me feeling extremely relieved that I am one step closer to being debt free. ☺️ Thank you Josh!

Annoying, I initially went through the process of using these, but decided against it. So now I get emails, what's apps and sms every day, I've blocked them and reported as spam but I still keep getting messaged, it's borderline harassment.

5 stars, PayPlan are compassionate with individual requirements, they are extremely helpful and their main priority is to make sure that you are debt free at the end of any arrangement, I would strongly recommend their services, thank you PayPlan!

My experience in setting up my payment plan was really easy and staff were very helpful.
Now that I am 6 months into my plan I have experienced some health issues which have created some financial problems for myself but when contacting Payplan team (Mia Pell) I was giving amazing support and help with my finances to get me back on track. Thank you for amazing support.

An absolute godsend. I spoke to a lovely debt advisor, Laura, who really listened and understood. She took her time to go through everything without any stress and made me feel at ease. I’ve struggled with my mental health and found it really difficult to reach out for help, but I’m so glad I finally took that first step.
