Ordered some shower panels went over the 5 day ‘maximum’ delivery time, no one to speak to just a useless online chat facility! Finally got to speak someone 9 days after I ordered who said it would be another 8 days. Order cancelled absolutely dreadful customer service! Have used hygienicplastic.co.uk much better!

Long delivery but worth the wait. 50% cheaper than elsewhere - great quality. Just make sure you order in advance ☺️

I ordered 5 capping boards on 28th May
I was told by email that delivery would be made on 3rd June.
I waited in. No delivery.
I contacted customer services Chat bot.
They promised resolution.
On 11th June my delivery arrived, it was missing 3 of the 5 capping boards.
I contacted customer services.
They promised resolution.
I was told that the outstanding items would be delivered on 23rd June.
I waited in. No delivery.
Beyond a joke.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Avoid! They don't have any stock, drop ship from other companies then lie about delivery time and time again. Had my money over a week and promised 3/4 times it would be delivered. Shocking service, its cheap for a reason!

What a joke this place is.
Waited 12 days for delivery still didn’t deliver after giving me a definite delivery date. make sure you give yourself the lead time to do the job you’re doing. Better still buy elsewhere.

Incredibly rude and arrogant customer serivce. Seem to think it's acceptable for them to park length ways across 4 spaces in a public car park and then blame the person calling them out on it. Wouldn't trust them to do any work at all if this is how they treat the general public.

Their website is clear and easy to use. The items I chose were easy to pay for, and their delivery team were pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone. A++++

However, for 2 days I have spent sooo long on hold trying to get through to their number to ask a simple question and I have been unsuccessful. this is beyond a joke.

Stay clear! This is a company that sells other people's products, they are middlemen.
Before I ordered I called up to ask about delivery times, they promised Monday or Wednesday the week after, which I thought was great. (polycarb sheets cut to size)

We only received one third of our order. When chased, they blamed another company for not sending us the items.

TWO weeks later, I get very rude replies on email where they take no responsibility and don't have any new delivery dates. Just 'wait and see'....

Still only received one out of three parts of the order we paid for.

no one answers the telephone and then you will be cut off. Go to Eurocell as these are cowboys trying to make money by acting as middlemen

Bought a door for over £1,000 and they ordered it with estimated sizes which were bigger than the size required, blamed someone else for doing this, I was told it would be another 3 weeks before delivery, then when I said the sizes were wrong they said it was too late the door had been made !!

All contents correct as agreed over the phone. Thank you for that contact and query about the colour - it was to be painted anyway with red masonry paint to match the rest.
Though the package was still sealed it was very easy to open and a piece of sellotape is recommended !
