Plastic Building Supplies Opiniones

Fast and efficient service.
Ordered online. Phoned to check on delivery date. Friendly, helpful staff.

A relatively local firm providing a wide range of plastic products at a very competitive price. An extensive website which was easy to use and covered all aspects of their range of materials.
Delighted by the prices and a very efficient experience.

Very easy transaction .Parts required were descibed perfectly to enable correct choice .Delivery was very fast. I would recommend this company and will use again.Excellent

price was good but service and delivery information was somthink that could do with improving, after phoning numerous times recived part of my order after 18 days and rest of the order 2 weeks later, if they were to have phoned and explained they could no complete the full order because of stock problems I would have been more understanding, when i phoned told they would look into it and call back but most times no one returened the call will not use again. Order no 50121

Quality products, quality service 👌

This order arrived 18 hours after I had hit the payment button! Absolutely first class service from this company and would not hesitate to buy again from them . Thanks guys.

Easy to order online.
Was not at home for the delivery.
Really glad the driver put the items hidden away. Thank you

Very helpful staff and very good delivery team, very good service

Managed to find what I was looking for with ease coupled with good pricing and great delivery. What's not to like? Would recommend for sure.

I ordered Marley because I’m confident they won’t fade in sunlight – the fittings are brown. When the order arrived, I noticed the back plates were not Marley but the two pipe clips I pulled out were. I needed to do the job so didn’t bother contacting PBS. Once I started, I found that one of the pipe clips was some generic, probably cheaper make like the back plates and about 5mm larger than the other pipe clips - although it was marked 68mm the same as the others. Now I sure if I looked, buried in the Ts & Cs, it would say PBS can substitute alternatives but I would expect the alternatives to be of equal quality to the ones ordered and at least all the same size.

easy to find products on website, called to add to order the following day and they were happy deal with it there and then, cheaper than a lot of places I normally use.

Not much to say! Just all round excellent service….. thanks again.

Ordered some guttering on Sunday, and it was delivered on Tuesday. Good service, excellent product.

Excellent from ordering all the way through to delivery. On this basis why on earth would you waste time going out to purchase the parts.

Excellent service just small amount of damage on some sheets on corners due to lack of protection. Super fast delivery and can highly recommend for all plastic supplies.

Fast and efficient service, could not fault them.
