I’ve worked with these people for about 3 months and it’s been the worse experience I’ve ever had, they took money out my account and refuse to give it back don’t let these people trick you and watch out for Nikki and Leslie they can’t be trusted at all

2.5% lured us right into the worst factoring company on the planet, beware of these unprofessional crooks, they cap you off at a certain amount that you can process with each individual broker. Refusing to give the 90-day chargeback rule a chance. You will go out of business because once they cap you, you then have unfactored invoices just sitting there!!My factoring manager is Karma Hatch… She seems to be very forgetful takes her all day to process a wire when she can remember. Read your contract the Early Termination Fee is 82,000 THEREFORE YOU ARE TRAPPED FOR A FULL YEAR!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!

Phoenix Capital put a lien on my company and I don’t even factor with them. Me and my father have the same name and he does factor with them but I do not. We have spoken with representatives from Phoenix Capital and explained that we are 2 different people with 2 different companies and they are refusing to take the lien off of my company and this has been going on for about 2 weeks now.

I’ve been with PCG for over 10 years. Seen a lot of people come and go. I give PCG a 5 star cause I am lucky to have Abby Nickerson as my manager. Never met anyone so professional and kind in this profession. I fell into some hardships and she has kept me motivated to keep moving forward. I really appreciate PCG for hiring her. My business and I are in good hands with her!!!

Really unprofessional company, we had problems with them from the very begining. I strongly recommend evrybody to stay away from them.

I dont understand how they can call themselves a factoring company. They dont even have an option to upload a batch of invoices on the portal. You have to send it by email.
Beware the contract, as they basically dont do much collections, you will end up doing it yourself. Even though you tell them not to renew the contract, they will renew it so make sure you have a good lawyer if you even consider them. Dont be fooled, there is a very valid reason why their fee is low.

Very unprofessional! I do not recommend conducting any sort of business with this company! If I could give this company zero stars, I would!!!

Horrible experience, we worked for 6 months for them and they keep us as hostages with stupid contracts.
So many families depends on our trucking company and they are not letting us go. I dont know why they are keeping unhappy customer instead letting us factor with somebody else.
