Good on clarifying medical exclusions for travel policy. Not the cheapest- but wide ranging cover on bike holidays. Would be good if included theft!

Used to be competitive
Were my go to for building, contents & cycle cover. However this year esure beat the renewal by £200 annual cover, can't argue with that. Enhanced building cover value also.

Medical insurance for a cycle race abroad
They were able to provide medical insurance for a cycle race abroad, which my normal travel insurance doesn't cover. However, since I didn't crash during the race and therefore didn't need to make a claim I cannot comment on how efficient they would have been or how good the cover actually was. But at least I was covered!

Exact cover at a great price
Have only purchased the insurance to cover a DH riding trip. The use of the site and also customer service are without fault. Easy to use and friendly. Policy tells you exactly what sports are covered and very clearly which is a great help when buying this kind of travel insurance.
Great price compared to some companies out there. Hope I don’t have to use it!

Had a renewal for £1317
Had a renewal for £1317. Went on line and got a quote for £442. Would have been appreciated if we had been told about this different policy.

Useless, didn't cover bike where I live despite one of the most secure places
Locked with two gold sold secure locks (150pounds each) to the strongest immovable object, in underground parking garage with 24h concierge, CCTV and residents-only access, in the building I live. E-bike was stolen (locks cut), and even though they cover a "hallway" with residents-only access, and even though there's literally a hallway leading up or the car park, with no additional security, they decide not to cover it.
Complaints procedure was no help either, so I'm now working with a solicitor to take matter to ombudsman. Any reasonable person reading policy detail would agree my situation is covered, company chooses extremely narrow reading to avoid paying out.
