5 Star Customer Service ⭐️
Rang to speak to the insurance to clear up some issues with incoming claims, Paige was really helpful on the call. She added my vet for authorisation to speak on my behalf and she was able to add pre-authorisation to the account for me. Really and truly grateful for the support as it was a huge help for the communication to be done directly with the vet.

Ongoing Personal Liability Claim Scam
Ongoing Personal Liability Claim Scam - Ongoing a Year to 28/07/25. Opposing Inusrance still attempting to settle with us because Perfect Pet has allegedly not responded to them for 6 months, Perfect Pet has not responded to me or kept me up to date which I asked their complaints to do so in January. Will be going to Ombudsman if no more contact or no real resolution. Happy to have me renew for 3 years now, no assistance in the one claim made.

No stars from me if I could. Absolutely outraged. Pup had lumps removed from his back and they only paid £25 towards £600 costs for test. Then required an operation and only paid a percentage for this. What is the point in having insurance for a puppy if they don’t pay out in your matter of need. I’m now in financial hardship as a result of this. Disgusting. They couldn’t care less when you call them. Avoid and look else where
