I rang up today due to an issue with a missed payment and I spoke to one of your representatives named Will.
It’s rare I complete surveys of my experience but I was very impressed with how Will handled my query and was so pleasant and understanding. He went above and beyond for me today and has diarised a call back to me in a couple of days to ensure everything is resolved. Very happy with the service I got today, thank you Will you are a credit to the company!

James was very helpful and polite he was knowledgeable and gave us options which was very useful.we wanted to increase the limit of our existing policy as we have found perfect pet very helpful in the past when we made a claim there was no fuss and they settled the vet bill promptly.only improvement needed would be to answer the phone quicker I had to wait 10 minutes before my call was answered.

Nancy was very helpful and informed me to the reasons why my renewal was being increased, she managed to look at the policy and reduce it accordingly as much as possible, Nancy was very professional with a nice telephone manner hope I deal with her again in the future, 5 star

First time my dog has needed treatment. Vet said my dog needs a biopsy of lumps in his mouth as suspected cancer and apparently ‘Perfect Pet’ doesn't cover the mouth!!!! I understand dental or hygiene but lumps and cancer testing should be in policy. Keen to take your money but don't want to pay out when you need the service. Cancelling my policy

Everything is fine, until you try to claim, which made things 1000x worse than it should have been after the death of my cat who had to be put to sleep in my arms (he was my companion and trusted me with his life), he would have been 3 today.

All of it totally... totally unnecessary arguing over expenses when your pet has died.

When your are in this position all you want is your policy to pay promptly and without quibble, in small part to relieve the pain you are in due to the loss of your pet.

Ive no doubt I wont be the only one who leaves negative feedback about the way Perfect Pet does its level best to pay as little as possible against your claim, like others I ended up going to the Financial Ombudsman, all totally unnecessary.

I wont be going with Perfect Pet again.

Unless you want a protracted argument over terms and conditions, id now pay a little more for piece of mind with another firm, with better reviews and will pay your claim without hiding behind the policy which seems to be a theme here with the negative feedback.
