James was very friendly and helpful. My insurance was up for renewal, he understood what I needed help with and did his best to sort it out, in the end I went for a different insurance option and came away much happier.

I don’t trust this company to provide insurance
By far one of the worst companies I have ever come across. They have consistently failed to take my direct debit for a year despite my account not changing and speaking to their ‘customer service’. If they cannot do a simple action such as taking payment, I don’t not trust their ability to act as an insurance company. Stay clear, they are torrid company and certainly not capable of offering you insurance.
