Just had another amazing holiday at Sea Breezes I think it was our 5th time at this beautiful house.
A true gem that all the family enjoy so close to the coastal path.

I have used Perfect Stays three times now for big family holiday stays. We are now 8 adults and 8 children and finding suitable accommodation for such a large group is challenging. On this occasion Abi really helped us narrow down the perfect stay. Brynia is an amazing house , it didn’t actually accommodate all of us but that worked out fine too.
Brynia is really the most wonderful house . Incredibly well furnished and finished with fantastic high quality equipment.
The children loved the bunk bed room and the adults were all exclaiming how well they slept in the comfortable beds. The grounds are extensive and we’re a great venue for an Easter egg hunt.
We spent a lot of the time at the house because it was too nice to leave! Close proximity to the coastal path and rock pools meant it was easy to run back at get showered too.
A lovely, lovely stay.

This is the first time we have stayed with Perfect Stays and it didn’t disappoint.
We stayed at Wolf Rock, Harlyn Bay - a lovely property, it was immaculate with everything you could need, including an enormous hottub which we made good use of after long walks along the coast path. The Beach Box cafe and Harlyn Tap room were great places to enjoy views and ales.

Our second stay at Ria Reaching Fowey was super. Such a nice house and great view. Nice walks with the dog, nice food in the local restaurants. Just the two of us so very indulgent. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. All together a special place that we will visit agin. Perfect Stays were very attentive and the booking experience was faultless.

We stayed for the second time at Kilden Mor. Perfect Stays make the whole process easy and stress free.
The property has stunning decor throughout, great views of the Estuary, and is equipped to an exceptionally high level.
Abi also made contact with us during our stay to make sure there were no problems

8 of us stayed at the property for a 50th party. Fabulous house with an incredible view in a lovely location. Made the birthday weekend

Love this property. We have returned 4 times now. The property offers everything you need in a place away, especially if you have dogs. Rock itself is a delightful place to be. Do I recommend this house, 100% I do yes, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a lovely time at Poldhu, Harlyn Bay, Padstow. The property had everything you could possibly need in terms of kitchen equipment and was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect being literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Perfect Stays concierge team were amazing help in arranging restaurant bookings and making recommendations, we had the most amazing Sunday lunch at The Mariners and a lovely dinner at The Pig. We would not hesitate to book through Perfect Stays next time we visit.

This was our first time using Perfect Stays and it was wonderful. The Concierge and Customer Service team was prompt, helpful and informative and all of our questions were handled expertly. The property itself (Clifftop) was outstanding and even better than the pictures and descriptions conveyed. I would highly recommend PS and Clifftop to anyone considering an upcoming holiday.

My family & myself have rented properties through Perfect Stays 4 times now. We have never been disappointed. The properties are all kept to a very high standard. Everything is top quality & all the staff that work for Perfect Stays are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
We stayed at Sunny Seven, Polzeath Feb 2026 & this property is stunning. So well equipped with everything you would need. Immaculate in every way. 5stars definitely!

Welcome pack with local foods and drink. Very clean and tidy. Beautiful property and views. Parking for at least 3 cars, dog friendly. Warm, lovely wood burner. Efficient company, dealt with a missing item very quickly.

Salt Spray in Porthleven is a magical property,it has everything you want and everything you need.
The sunrises and sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking.
The team at Perfect Stays are exceptional in every way, I can't praise them enough !
Their emails are thoughtful and not generic, and its always a pleasurable experience speaking to them.

We stayed at Trelorna over Christmas and had the most amazing stay.
The house was just incredible. It was set over 3 floors, the top floor being the living/dining/kitchen area with incredible views of polzeath beach.
The decor was beautiful throughout . It had 5 lovely bedrooms, all having comfy beds and 3 of these were en-suite.
The games room was great and we had lots of fun playing table tennis and pool.
The hot tub was brilliant too.
We did some lovely coastal path walks straight from the house.
With the games room hot tub, beautiful walks, the beach and town we didn’t need to drive anywhere.
The house literally had everything you could want, plenty of pots pans, crockery and cutlery. As we stayed there over Christmas Day it was amazing to have 3 ovens for us to cook our Christmas Day dinner in.
I cannot recommend this house enough, it was just stunning and I would give it a definite 5 star rating.

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Shun Lee and our 6th booking overall with Perfect Stays. We love Shun Lee as it is a very well appointed/spacious house and importantly within walking distance of St Ives. There is good car parking for 5 cars but we rarely use the cars. The house is very well maintained with plenty of kitchen equipment - plates, mugs, cutlery, glasses etc. We all enjoy large En-Suite bedrooms, the kitchen and lounge are large and very socialable. The cinema room includes a full Sky package. We have always found Perfect Stays easy and efficient to deal with both prior and during our stay. During our recent stay we had a problem with one of the dishwashers, this was resolved very quickly. We have already booked again for 2026.

Everything at Nightjar was absolutely perfect, wouldn't have changed a thing. The house itself was stunning and perfect for my family of 8 and a baby. Big open space for the family to hang out together, fantastic for a celebration. We had private chef Dez Turland come cook for us all one evening - this was amazing and recommended by Perfect Stays.
The Owners living next door was perfect, keeping us topped up with endless supply of logs.
We'd definitely return to Nightjar - summer would be amazing there to enjoy the hottub and garden even more.
P.S. Perfect Stays are my favourite property rental company to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable and so helpful. All of their properties are of the same incredibly high standard - gives me confidence when booking that the house will be super special, thanks everyone at Perfect Stays.

My one star is not a reflection on Perfect Stays as I cannot fault them at all. My holiday was ruined due to what I think is a major issue with the drains and plumbing I believe. One room was uninhabitable due to the stench. Another room was not used due to the state of one of the bed. The top was literally smashed up with jagged plywood. As a result of one family never came and another left. The issue started immediately and Perfect Stays were on the case immediately. Pebbles who oversee the place were fantastic too. My ruined holiday was not their fault. They did all in their power to rectify a situation which to be fair was out of any bodies control. Under the circumstances Perfect Stays could not have done more than they did.
I wanted a full refund and I believe it to be the owner who would only give me just over half. I had saved a long time to afford a likely last family holiday and it never happened. Basically it couldn’t sleep 10 due to the issues with the stench and the twin room only really fit to sleep one.
It’s a wonderful property but sadly I spent all the time I was there worrying about not getting my deposit back. I kept finding cracked crockery, dirty marks on walls,stains on furniture and generally it was pretty tatty and in need of some TLC. The carpets were also pretty grubby. Coupled with the fact we didn’t get a family holiday and the worry of wasting more money it was an utter disaster which has left me very sad. I must stress to anybody reading this review that it’s not a reflection on Perfect Stays. They did all they could to rectify things and I really appreciate that. Nobody could have been more helpful and kind. They even sent me a bunch of flowers which was very much appreciated. Everybody did all they could to solve the problem. Sadly it was not solvable during the stay. Not their fault. Things go wrong. I appreciate that. I feel very angry toward the owner. I wanted a full refund and got just over half. My dream holiday was ruined. My family couldn’t all stay.
Thank you Perfect Stays for doing all you could under such sad circumstances. I highly recommend the company but I do not recommend this property.

This property was stunning everything was just perfect for the 4 couples
The social space with the huge log fire in the middle was fantastic and the endless supply of logs was brilliant
No expense spared with the furnishings , linens and decor !
Didn’t want to leave - fabulous !!
