I’ve used Alex at perpetual time several times for watch repairs, servicing and polishing. He always does an excellent job and the watches have always come back looking like brand new. He even rushed this last repair and polish through for me as I was going on holiday and wanted the watch back before I went. I’d only ever use perpetual time for any watch repairs in the future.

Alexandros fit me in next day for a pressure test, and time check on my Rolex. The experience I had was overall fantastic, really genuinely honest guy. Gave me an overall report on the watch via videos and multiple phone calls. Always in contact with me letting me know how he got on. Gave me really good advice on the watch on not spending money on it when it wasn’t needed. I will never take my watch to anywhere else, really reasonable priced, and went above and beyond what I originally asked for him to do. 100% would recommend. Thank you Alexandros.

Excellent service from Alex. I had the battery replaced and the strap and bezel refinished on my Tag Heuer Aquaracer, and I'm extremely pleased with the result. Alex completed the work with 24 hours and the watch looks and works like new. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the turnaround time was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional efficient watch servicing.

I had an old Longines Conquest automatic that had stopped working. I took it to perpetual time. They fully serviced and replaced broken parts. Worked out a lot cheaper than going to longines direct and they used all authentic Longines parts.

Alex was recommended to me by my son after I noticed my Tag Heuer Automatic watch was losing close to 25 seconds per day and I realised that it was far overdue for a service. When I met Alex he appeared unphased when I told him how long it had been without a service, although he may have raised an eyebrow! I was given a very good price compared to returning the watch to Tag Heuer and the service provided was excellent with video clip updates showing what was being done and the time scale was considerably better than I anticipated. The watch was returned to me looking like brand new. As for the 25 second time loss per day, I've had the watch back from Alex for a week and its been running at virtually +1 second per day which is amazing! Alex is an extremely skilled perfectionist and as such I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I had some work done recently by Alex at Perpetual Time, he carried out a full service and refinish on a 1996 Rolex Submariner.

Timescale to complete and cost of the work were both very reasonable.

The finish exceptional 👌 the watch is like new.

All parts and labour come with a 36month warranty.

Alex from Perpetual Time is a true gent and a real master of his craft. I recently bought my first luxary watch through Perpetual Time and the whole process couldn't have been any better! After a lot of research I finally decided to ask Perpetual Time to service my Breitling Avenger that i have worn as my daily for the last 15 years….i own a building company and where my hands go so does my watch, so you can imagine 15 years of tuff love…….scratched to hell, covered in god knows what, broken ratchet bezel rubber strap split and in very poor condition……actually a very sad looking Breitling thats seen better days.

Once my watch was received Alex reached out via WhatsApp and a personal phone call to tell me the watch had arrived safe and sound

after a full inside outside inspection Alex explained again in detail what my sad looking used and abused Breitling required to bring it back to its former glory days…

5 weeks later my beautiful Breitling arrived…..i was absolutely shocked on how amazing it looks, runs and feels.

I have been referred to Perpetual Time by the manufacturer of my watch for a warranty service, and my experience with the business is excellent. Alex was attentive and helpful to me throughout the entire process and my watch was back to me in no time. I'd say I had an amazing experience with their service and would support them again if any of my watches need a future service.

I bought a used (1995) Patek Philippe 3919R Calatrava a few days ago and even though it was from a reputable dealer on line, apart from a few photos that was it I made the decision to buy it. When it arrived I was very happy, then having read on line that there was some very good fakes, a little voice inside my head made me doubt it being 100% genuine. I had heard good things about Perpetual-Time, Liverpool and made an appointment for Alexandros to inspect and verify it as a genuine Patek.
Once in his workshop, I was very impressed with the state of the art equipment he had and how clean the workshop was. I later received a comprehensive report stating that it is a genuine Patek and in excellent health and condition. I can now relax knowing that I bought a true Patek work of art. Thank you Alexandros

I’m delighted with the results. I had a new battery fitted to my TAG watch which was done quickly. My watch was also cleaned at no extra cost and was returned looking like new. I would highly recommend.
